It was more than just a hotel stay, it felt like a complete experience. Even though it wasn’t peak season, the atmosphere was beautiful, with live music shows in the evenings that made every night special.
The location is great, very close to the lovely Puerto Banús area. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which made everything even more enjoyable. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for.

It was absolutely fantastic, and very well done. A hotel that just works, staff are intellengent, the layout is decent, the rooms are well sized, the breakfatst is great, and the LOCATION is excellent.
kids bed, not comfotable, too hard, like a table.
Don't like canned/tinned water in room, bottles are better.
Bathroom dor could be better, make it a proper door, not thin glass that doesn't close perfectly

The hotel is with a good location and plenty of parking spaces to choose from. The hotel is also quite big and spacious. The breakfast buffet was by far the best thing about the service from the hotel.
This hotel is surely fantastic for young travelers, as I arrived in the lobby, I couldn't hear the staff when I was checking in. The non stop music coming from the main bar on the ground level was terrible to say the least. At least the acoustics of the hotel make this idea ludicrous. I get some people like to have a vibrant vibe, but the lobby sounded like a rock hall or disco. A vibe not to my personal taste.
