Hard Rock Hotel Marbella - Puerto Banús

Clean, friendly, great location shop right outside with a few bars/ restaurants. Breakfast was probably one of the best I’ve had. Easy to get a taxi and only 5 minute drive to harbour

Check in was very slow.

Amazing Hotel with awesome vibe & very attentive & professional staff...we had extended our stay as part of a 40 man golfing group & they catered & serviced us very well. Good variety for breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Excellent location ..walking distance to Puerto Banus restaurants & bars...Best bar for casual drinks & great music is the pirate ship 'Astral"..

Not very good insulation of rooms

The location, the convenience room service & the pool. The women who was in the shop was absolutely lovely. We had a lovely chat about motherhood she was sweet. Apart from pillows it was clean. The fresh omelette at breakfast were so yummy.

Unfortunately some of the staff were rude almost like I was an inconvenience. However the staff that was lovely I tipped kindly, including the bar staff, I’m hoping this certain staff went & told the others how highly I tipped since he was the only nice person. The others unfortunately took my order huffing and puffing. The pillows stank - as if they had been washed and taken out too early. I asked for more pillows, got new pillows but they smelled exactly the same. Food was mid, it was ok but the “take away bags” for room service was a let down! The wooden cutlery wasn’t great either. To put in perspective last room service I had in another hotel came with proper cutlery, plates and a little table. They don’t sell ice creams, which isn’t a massive deal as the shop opposite does but would have been good if hotel did. After 7pm it went completely quiet, no entertainment. I felt for the price of room and food it wasn’t worth it. I won’t be going back to the hotel.
