Ground floor room. Although very comfortable and no complaints at all, it is very close to reception and bar and we could hear staff and guests in the morning as early at 7.00am. However this can't be helped and we would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend cozy hotel in the heart of old center.

I highly recommend hotel as it was so clean, comfortable and cozy space. Location is wonderful in the middle of historic alleys and it is in the heart of old center around 2 min walking to Orange square. Staff was so helpful and polite and floor was so quiet. Breakfast was so nice and I definitely recommend this cozy hotel

Very nice. As expected.

Nice location in the old town, you can walk to many points of interest as well as the city promenade and beach. Modern and clean facilities. Friendly atmosphere.

Small lobby which is also the breakfast room. No music and room very echoey. You have to walk the last 150m because the place can’t be reached by car.

Decor and cleanliness were great, staff were very welcoming & attentive. Room facilities inc. bathroom were to a high modern standard. The location was very central for exploring the old town - we loved our stay. And finally, the free breakfast was delicious and presented exquisitely.

This is a very quaint hotel that has been stylishly renovated and is in a very central location for Old Town Marbella with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. It has a lovely rooftop bar that had some shade and a wonderful breeze. The room was a great size, well appointed and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent for both of us, with the portion size making it very good value for money. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful and we will definitely stay there again.

We were in the ground floor room and unfortunately we could hear every foot step when other guests were going upstairs to their rooms, throughout the night.

Extractor fan in bathroom very noisy - needs replacing -No pillow cases on pillows. -Could hear perfectly every word spoken in the bathroom next door via the air flow grills. No privacy. -several towels had huge holes in them. -over priced.

Great location in old town.

Location was great and the room was very clean. The parking arrangement was nice too. Bed was comfortable and room was designed convenient looking at the small size of it.

The staff was not very nice. The morning we left we wanted to get a coffee but after 20 minutes still no one helped us which is bad. So we left without the complementary coffee + croissant. Also the aircon did not cool too well and the room was very small, which we knew but still.

Adorable boutique hotel

Very quiet and cosy little boutique hotel. Nicely decorated, cute rooftop terrace, super friendly staff, great breakfast, great location. Room was a tiny bit small though. Everything else was perfect.

What an amazing, beautiful Hotel. You couldn’t find a more welcoming and comfortable small boutique hotel in a more perfect location anywhere in Spain. The design is stunning, the rooms are super comfortable and very well equipped and the reef Terrace is a wonderful place to relax and look at across the old town

Nice hotel but terrible staff

Loved the location and how clean the room was. Great housekeeping service although you had to sign a sheet to let them know if you wanted to have a full cleaning of the room or just a towel change. I had two different rooms booked and was afraid the first room was very small but ended up being just perfect so I even asked to keep it for the rest of my stay so I didn’t have to change rooms, but this was not possibile so I switched to the suite which definitely did not disappoint.

I would suggest to hire more trained and experienced staff members. The young lady was always very kind but the rest of the team had an attitude and it was very disappointing. In fact, when I came back to the hotel and requested if my new room was ready, the guy at reception gave me an answer that frankly pissed me off and said that he was about to leave and he wouldn’t have spent five more minutes there to show me the new room bc he simply didn’t want to. So I waited for the other lady and she even brought my luggage up. Finally, I spent 3 days asking for an invoice and qhen I checked out the guy totally forgot about it so the lady had to send it to me via email after I left. Overall a nice experience and I will be back when in Marbella, but staff members should be professionals and not just random people looking for a paycheck.
