Compact and nicely refurbished but with one or two issues.

The apartments are the bottom floor of an older block but have been recently and stylishly refurbished to a high standard, they are accessed via a separate entrance which is ideal. The rooms are small but located just back from the beach and a short walk to all the amenities that Marbella has to offer. The cleaning lady was lovely, she was so helpful and cheerful.

These apartments are small hence only having a double bed and no wardrobes so finding places to hang clothes is a challenge. The ornate metal screens keeping you away from the pool area are fixed so it does have slight 'prison vibes', plus the pool was closed when we visited. Our main issue was that in our bathroom there was a constant dripping noise from above, we reported it and a maintenance chap came out and confirmed that there was an problem and he would report back to the office. During the day this wasn't an issue but at night it drove us mad, despite lots of promises from the letting agent nothing was done about it during our stay which was annoying and hence we would not return to these properties.

Value for money

Fully equipped, cosy small space next to the sea. You can hear the waves at night if you leave the balcony open – worth it! The host shared with us super convenient list of the nice restaurants nearby. We tried many of them and were happy with the choice!

Weird rule about no toilet paper in the toilet 😕

Excellent location. Clean and modern apartment

Very thin walls so you could hear everything next door. They allowed people to check in using the door code at 3am who turned out to be inconsiderate and made a lot of noise. Without a reception or someone showing people to the room in person, there wasn't a member of staff there to remind them to be quiet (or complain to).

It is the perfect location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The place was spotlessly clean. Check in was easy and the host was available to contact whenever we needed and would get back to us instantly. The perfect stay for a few nights in Marbella!

Really minor thing but it was have been nice to have the opportunity to get the room cleaned during our stay, even just for things like fresh towels and toilet paper.

Would have been good to have instructions for the electric hob, consider a washing machine. Stricter rules about noise, was woken up 3 times by furious people coming in and making loads of noise.

Fantastic stay for 5 nights in Marbella. Would definitely book again.

Location is fantastic, 30 seconds walk to the beach and an easy 15 minute walk to Old Town. Supermarket and a pharmacy right across the road.

We woke up each morning with Miskito bites. Not sure how they were getting in. We kept the doors closed. Maybe this would have happened in any accommodation. Otherwise fantastic stay.

Mind the Cockroaches!

The location.

Cockroaches Bars on the Patio Doors very claustrophobic and no doubt against health and safety. Only one exit from the room via entrance door. Unnecessary paraphernalia as far as decor plastic flowers etc wooden boxes containing nothing... Although I did use one of your 'display' boxes to exterminate 2 cockroaches. Small Double bed The pool wasn't available due to delayed works. Not satisfactory at all. Wouldn't recommend and won't be returning. Concentrate on your customers needs and employ suitable pest control techniques ASAP

Property was clean and very good location. Rooms were decorated nicely

We messaged in January and were told the pool would be open when we arrived in June - when we arrived pool was still under construction. Messaged the host and asked if there was a different pool we could use and we were told no. Nothing could be done. Very disappointing as we were looking forward to use the pool. We had to pay €10 each day per person to hire sunbeds at the beach. Would not return to the property because of this. Host unhelpful. Also asked about late check out - no reply and rude maid at the door at 11am telling us to take out our trash and leave.

Lovely stay

Clean and modern studio apartment. Very kind and accommodating staff. Lovely location with a lot of restaurants nearby and a grocery store 3 minutes away. 10 minute walk to old town. Safe and comfortable stay. Note that the bed is a queen size (felt like 140-150 cm). Fridge and all kitchen stuff were useful.

The swimming pool was still closed on June 10th. But the beach is just 1 min away, so it was fine with us. But it might be worth informing guests before since it says it opens June 1st on the booking site.

Good value

Clean modern great location

No wardrobe in 2nd bedroom. No privacy in 1st bedroom. I understand pool was closed but don’t like the fact there is no access from the small outside space. No one came to empty the bins and take rubbish away. Had to buy toilet roll as we ran out and didn’t see any staff and didn’t want to bother anyone by phone. We did get clean towels. There was no sofa only 2 chairs it would be much better to have a sofa there is definitely enough space for it.

Amazing apartment near the beach!

The cleaner was super nice and even let us borrow beach towels. She did an amazing job cleaning the apartment—it was spotless when we arrived!

I believe the pool should be opened earlier, as it would be a great addition to the stay. Also, there weren’t many hangers in the wardrobe, which made it a bit difficult to unpack properly.

The style and location was great. Felt like a home from home, everything you needed was in the apartment including a steamer. Our host was lovely when we arrived and really helpful. Bed and sofa, both comfy and towels provided.

Perfect for the short stay we had.

Location was great Room was everything we needed Perfect for our 4 day stay Walls were a bit thin could here the rooms next door quite clearly. Wasn’t told pool was closed understand it’s not the right time of year also if it was open our terrace going out the pool gave no access and felt a bit caged in .

Great stay in great nicely designed apparment.

Appartment was very nice decorated, very practical, for 2 big enough. Instead of keys we got codes for all doors and it worked great. Good location nearby beach and not far from old town. Lots of shops and restaurants around. We came by car, not parking space available from accomodation but we managed to park around at the street. We liked to stay here very much :)

The only missing things are kitchen towel and more coffe capsules or possibility to buy it just few (do not want to buy full box as do not have the same type at home) and option with some tea bags. Everything else perfect.

Perfect 2-bed in the centre of Marbella

The location was perfect, 50 yds from the promenade, supermarket across the road, close to Old Town and very clean. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

Die Terasse ist Vergittert wie im Gefängnis.Türen schließen ganz schlecht und scheppern bei Wind.Die Wände sind unten feucht sodass der Putz aufblüht.Der Wasserhahn beim Waschbecken ist nur mit 2Händen bedienbar.
