Only had a coffee which was nice. The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially the reception. The location

Restaurant not very comfy. Car Parking not part of the facilities, not optimal and rather expensive. The note "adults only" gives it a strange positioning which could be misunderstood.

Comfortable beds. Clean rooms and the staff were lovely

Very clean and comfortable.. However the window in the room was small and overlooked a Brick wall .. this was disappointing!!

Location, property and staff all first class

The property was modern, with bathrooms fully tiled with large modern tiles. The rooms were very bright with large sliding aluminium patios to balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The cooked part of breakfast wasn't out in carvery style for you to pick from like the continental part was. This may be because of peak season.

Excellent location near all amenities for a very pleasant stay

The location is excellent right in the middle of everything and two minutes walk to the beach. It’s bright and clean and modern.

The breakfast is not very good. Cold food is just ok and hot food not very appetising. Not very well laid out.

Location location location

I missed the breakfast as I met friends outside who were leaving that day. Location is fabulous for all things in old Marbella. Staff are very helpful and have a good command of English.

Parking is off site and a 3/4 minute walk and has a card system which failed on both entry and exit so not good. Must implement a better system in IMHO.

Overall negative unsafe experience, would not recommend

It was clean, well located. Always staff present behind desk despite lack of security at front door. Rooms quiet.

Unfortunately, I was pick pocketed by members of the pubic at the check in desk in the hotel lobby. It was all seen on hotel CCTV. No action/ responsibility was taken by hotel. Manager did not see fit to meet us to apologise or further discuss same. This experience ruined our hotel and we felt no trust left with hotel. Breakfast very poor. Maintenance works being carried out at rooftop bar/pool area, limiting space and relaxing vibes. No communication that same would be happening prior to our arrival/during check in.

Our stay was perfection....and we will always remember our stay there...

We loved everything about the hotel...very clean...always smelt fresh in the hotel...room was spotless...someone came in our room everyday to freshin it up top up tea and milk....bar staff were lovely chatty and helpful....we loved it there...thank you for a lovely holiday....xxx

Amazing!!

The whole experience from to start to finish , from friendly staff, lovely clean room, and the bedding was high quality the best I 've ever slept in. The location was excellent. 5 mins walk to the old town, 3 mins walk to the beach.

Nothing everything was excellent. I would definitely stay there again if I visited Marbella.

Good value for your money

It is a very centrally placed hotel with great aesthetics and super nicely furnished rooms. Top floor is reserves for a rooftop bar and a pool. The room is carefully designed with a lot of space and great furniture. Bathroom is very clean and spacious. Staff is super helpful and nice.

Fabulous stay in a great hotel.

Fantastic hotel, will certainly be back. Very well appointed rooms and communal areas and a fantastic restaurant. Clear that the restaurant is a local haunt which really added to the ambiance. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

Issues with conditioning and wasn’t solved due the stay. Sad it’s not working out of season. And the put us probably due toe cheap price from Booking with windows inside the building with no sun/city view watch out!!!. Additionally long time did int see any points miles and more from booking even booking through their dedicated link !!! Cheaters!!!

This boutique hotel exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was great and a good value for the money. Great location to walk to the boardwalk and beach.

Lovely hotel, staff were nice but not pro active dealing with our issue

Central location in Marbella. Hotel was very clean well maintained. Our room was very spacious on the 7th floor.

We were very disappointed that there was a strong smell of smoke in our room. We did not know where it came from. We said it to reception on two occasions but still persisted. Very disappointing.
