Great small cosy place in the centre.

Very clean and nice , pretty modern place with a Spanish twist. Loved the facilities; water and coffee in the downstairs. Its very central locaties and its spotless.

Location was in the middle of the old town. The room we had is a good size. The breakfast was very good the manager was very helpful.

It is a little tricky to find and park but we knew this ahead of time. Long term parking was quite near and not too expensive.

Perfectly located small hotel with a family feel

Location is amazing if you are looking to explore and enjoy Marbella Old Town. This hotel has a small, family-run vibe. Staff are lovely and knowledgeable about the area. We never made it to breakfast, but appreciated the delicious self-service coffee that is available at all times, as well as bottles of water. They have an honesty system for both these items.

Although we weren’t cold in bed, the bed came with sheets only. It would have been nice to have the comfort of a duvet. Bathroom counter top was cracked and tired, a solid stone surface would be an easy fix and give a more put-together feel

Lovely quiet Hotel in the center of Old Town Marbella

This is a lovely little hotel in the middle of the Old Town of Marbella. You literarily walk out to all the restaurants bars and shops but it is not noisy . We had the deluxe room which has a superb shaded terrace.

A lovely little bolt hole perfectly situated for the old town, clean, friendly welcome and perfect little place. The room was small, not tiny, perfectly comfortable with great shower and nice little storage cubby.

Amazing stay at the heart of the Old Town

The hotel is at the heart of the Old Town and there are so many restaurants and place to eat and drink right on the doorstep. There’s also a parking garage nearby (by/under the market) with plenty of spaces. Disney might sue me for saying this, but it felt a bit like staying in Casa Madrigal (‘Casita’) from the movie ‘Encanto’.

Very relaxing and enjoyable visit to Marbella

The hotel is in a beautiful location in the centre of the old town and had so much character. it was decorated and refurbished to a high standard of comfort. It was so spacious and had so much storage. The towels and toiletries were better than in some 4star accommodation. Plenty of tea/coffee/water provided for guests. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were able to leave cases after check out and we’re given lots of advice and recommendations for good restaurants and bars. We especially liked bodega Paloma less than five minutes walk away. easy walk to the seafront.

Only one thing . it’s better to ask for two keys as coming back in the dark It’s difficult to lock the room door as removing key from the slot the electricity is cut off.

A real gem of a property and location

The location of the property is probably one of the best in all of Marbella. The hotel has authentic Spanish charm and very peaceful considering the popularity of its location. We really liked our room the owner was very friendly and helpful.

Great location in the beautiful old town. Beautiful building all very clean fresh and modern but in keeping with its original charm. Room and bathroom were spacious and nicely decorated and in good condition. Host was very welcoming and helpful.

Beautiful hotel .. town.. meh

I love the personal nature of the property and the host was amazing. We had difficulty in Marbella with pickpockets steeling my passport and credit cards. The host, Marta was so helpful in walking me through what to do with the Spanish Police and making reservations to get to Malaga by bus. She really took time with us and I appreciated this. I really loved the quaint personal nature of the hotel and how each room is unique.

The room we chose had a bathroom on a second level that did make it a bit difficult to navigate at night. Unfortunately due to the nature of our reservation via booking.com despite choosing to leave a day early the difference in our room was not refunded.

The ideal place for exploring Marbella. Don't get a car.

I cannot recommend this property highly enough. It's perfectly located. The rooms are very comfortable but very individualistic and very "Marbella". The staff & the host were model hosts. Lotsof nice little touches for a "2-star" hotel; free chilled water you can help yourself to. An honest bar / lounge room, balcony, fans and aircon that work very well. Wifi in every room. Ceiling light-wells (that you can close at night).. I needed a quiet place to work and was given an office in the back that was light, airy and quiet. After I had checked out The location could not be better. A few steps from Orange Square and a few steps more from Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación.. There are literally tens of tapas bars and restaurants outside the hotel, and the beach is 6min walk away.

We stayed in a house around the corner as our room air con was broken. The very nice lady offered us half price accommodation in the hotel room because it was broken. Alternatively we could stay in a house around the corner which was excellent, for the same price, or if neither suited us she would refund the total cost. Fabulous service.

Definitely more than a 2 star hotel by American standards.

Beautiful, clean, neat, smelled am amazing, and it had the perfect location to old town and beach. Additionally, the decor was designer-level and very chic. I felt like I was sleeping in a magazine article.

The only thing missing is a mini fridge for waters and perishable snacks like fruit or yogurt.

Exceptional

Excellent location in the old town of the city. If you like to explore and enjoy the vibes of an old architecture - this place is just like this. Our room was clean and comfortable. The infrastructure is not new, but well maintained.

This room was dark, as it has very little/small windows. The bedroom was on the "first" floor and the bathroom on the second, as well as the balcony, but if you expect the view - don't. The balcony was placed inside the building and some neighbors had bathroom windows placed next to our balcony :) So you can just turn on your imagination: you are drinking your morning coffee and your neighbor is having different morning routine nearby :) Charming :) But as we have healthy sense of humor - it didn't spoil our vacation.

A Relaxing tranquil spot in the middle of the old Town

the location of this property was very central ad. in the heart of the old town. This is a quaint and traditional accommodation which we loved. The host was very welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. the room we stayed in had a beautiful Terrace.
