AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT STAY HERE!

Nothing. It was absolutely disgusting and is not fit for purpose. The photos are fake and do not represent the property. Totally misleading on every level. Cheap for a reason as anyone in their right mind would not stay here.

Everything. If I could give minus 5 stars I would. It’s dirty, falling apart and should not be allowed to trade. The public areas are a health and safety concern. We checked in, saw the room/apartment and left within half an hour. There is no way we could have slept there and we sacrificed 2 nights rental fee. But we didnt care, anything to get away from the place asap. I actually cried with disbelief and panic at the thought of having to stay there. We had to find somewhere else to stay at very short notice. @Booking.com you need to inspect these properties before you list them!

Worst experience ever

The host rented most of the rooms to a big group. They were playing music till 3:00 AM both nights using big sound system including DJ and MC. We were not allowed to use the pool in which they were cooking since 10:00 in the morning

Disappointed

There was maintenance and construction work going on in the garden and terrace areas. There was dust and builders mess, materials around so we could not use the facilities. We were not told of this at the time of booking as we would not have chosen the accommodation.

A Wonderful stay!

The location is near the port and the sea. La Canada mall is just 7 minutes away from the hotel. The receptionist , I don’t know how to spell his name but he’s Indian, was very kind and helpful. The pool area was clean and overlooking the sea. Upon your arrival you get a key for the main door and another for your room. it’s one of safest and most affordable accommodations in Marbella. We would definitely stay here if we come back again.

The AC had some issues and released unpleasant sounds at night.

It smells of humidity in the property and you can’t leave the windows opened when you are out, because property is on the first level.

Disappointing

It was quiet and we had the pool to ourselves for a lot of the time, the rooms were spacious and it had everything we needed.

It was disorganised with checking in, with no reception area and unclear instructions about when the room would be ready. The rooms weren’t finished to a good standard, the shower handle came off, there was ants in the kitchen, some plug sockets not screwed onto the wall properly. It wasn’t very close to a supermarket and had to get a taxi to most places.

Spacious, secure, comfortable, great location

The property is elegant and older. The complex is in a nice neighborhood, very secure, with gated parking. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean, bed comfortable. The bathroom had a big shower. The kitchen had a coffee pot with capsules and little toasts with jam for breakfast. We really loved the outdoor facilities. We had our afternoon wine in comfortable chairs overlooking the ocean. The grounds are really beautiful. We will stay again,

The administrator was very supportive and responsive, he was the only good thing of this experience.

The rooms were smelling bad, the bedsheets and towels were old , the swimming pool didnt look clean so we ended up not using it.

I would stay here again

Property was located outside Marbella, a 20 min taxi ride away. The price of the apartments reflected this though to be fair.

The property wasn't really ready for the start of the season, painting and renovations were taking place as the property looked a little tired when we arrived but by the time we left it was in much better shape. Rooms were fine. Shame the pool wasn't useable but that would have been a bonus. Lovely property now it's all ready for visitors.

Location is good

The pool was the only reason we chose to stay at the property and it was dirty, we were not able to use it. There were few issues with the room, the staff tried hard to fixed them but it not what you expect to be sorting out during your holidays.

Comfortable stay, just a quick 10min taxi to town!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment by itself was lovely. Each room had a gorgeous ensuite. The shower was so nice. The bed was very comfy. The kitchen area had everything we needed. There was a shop a 10min walk away for food. Taxis were cheap into town under €10.

Unfortunately the pool and the area around was out of use and we were not made away of this before we landed. We were very disappointed, not only could we not use the pool to swim, we could not lounge in the surrounding area to relax. There were accomodations made here, very disappointed. One of the beds had no duvet but the staff were quick to grab it for us the next morning.

Nice stay for a reasonable price in Marbella

Quiet location, just 10 mins drive to the city. Clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment where we stayed was spacious and comfortable. The pool is nice.

The apartments on the ground floor ( we stayed there just one night) are quite dark and small. There isn’t much ( shops/ restaurants) at less than 25 mins walking distance. It would be nicer if the place could provide drinks and food for guests who want to spend the day lying by the pool. The place is still in the process of being built so a lot of things only work half of the times like light switch and hot water.

Superb

Myself and family stayed at Casadelmar for 7 nights. A quiet location and very relaxing. The kids especially enjoyed the pool each day. Only a 10 min walk from beach with a couple of bars and restuarants. Bus stop 2 min walk and takes you into Marbella centre and lovely old town or can walk in under 30 mins. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend.
