For a 5 star hotel service is very much lacking. Our initial reaction was great, hotel itself and room was perfect. Unfortunately, service around pool area and availability of beds was abysmal. We eventually found 2 sunbeds in a muddy area, where grass was worn away. No cushions were left when we arrived. No staff around this help! Breakfast in the morning was quite disorganised from a service/staff point of view. Food was exceptional, however, you had to request tea from 4 different people before you actually got any and even then it was cold!! While staying at the hotel I emailed them my issues and still have not had a reply and I’m still a guest here!!

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the facilities were of a true five-star standard. We opted for the half-board package, and the €50 credit per person each day went a long way in the hotel restaurants. The only disappointment was that non-alcoholic drinks were not included. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only criticism is that it can be quite busy, particularly at breakfast. The breakfast itself is excellent, but at peak times we occasionally had to wait to be seated.

The hotel was one of the best I've stayed at. The location, staff, and overall service were exactly what you would expect from a five-star hotel. I booked it through Agoda and found an excellent price compared to other websites, so it was a great deal. The room was beautifully designed, and the breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is a little far from Puerto Banús, but it's in a great central location, close to the Old Town and convenient for exploring the city.
