The location was perfect. Very quiet. Lovely balcony and views. Staff very helpful. Apartment had everything we needed
My key fob stopped working and it was never really sorted - I wasn't given a replacement so had to rely on security opening the entrance gates and the apartment block gates. Not very convenient.

Great location, lovely 20 minute walk into Banus. We hired a car, so very convenient to get to Ronda, Malaga, Granada, etc. The car park was a huge bonus with a convenient lift.
The apartment was very dated. Kitchen could do with a make over, the cupboards are bowing. They had obviously suffered from flood damage, every door and frame was swollen from water damage and had not been repaired. I know this doesn't take away from the comfort of the apartment, but it is unsightly. And the decorating in the whole apartment is shocking. The patio door in the bedroom had a broken lock. You could bring the shutters right down to ground level for security. And to say it has a sea view is stretching it a bit. Yes, you could see the sea, just about, in the distance. But you wouldn't want to sit out on the balcony because the road was too noisy, but then, very convenient for access. Silly things were missing, like a grill pan, additional glasses and mugs, considering it's advertised for 6 people, only enough mugs for 3.
