Serinamar deserved to get a full credit for fabulous service and a lovely and cosy apartment. Why? -Comprehensive introduction to the place and sharing all relevant information about services and amenities - GREAT 24/7 communication through the whatsapp messenger (I did have a few issues with the hot water and induction hob) - Very friendly and helpful staff (we could use their facility after checking out) The Apartment. WOW. It was a massive two storey, 1 bedroom penthouse with 2 balconies and spacious private terrace on the roof with a beautiful scenery on the surrounding villas and astonishing mountains. The flat was fully equipment with absolutely everything including BBQ and charcoal. Everything was new and functional. The estate looked well maintained especially surrounding plants, lawn and the swimming pool area. Unfortunately some of the floor tiles on the communal staircase are chipping off and need to be replaced. The estate's located about 5mins drive or 25mins walk from the famous Peurto Banus, but you can get a free shuttle to the beach and back. However, the services are operating between 11:30am to 1pm then 6pm to 9:30pm. Out of these hours you need to relay on the local taxi or uber (about 6 euro to Peurto Banus. If you looking for the place to party you will be disappointed. It's very quiet estate with mainly Spanish people and families. If you looking for the place to relax and enjoy spacious terrace you're gonna love it!

Excellent accommodation, only criticism was we were a party and ended up in different blocks in the complex which were gated, staff very friendly and room clean

Lets start with the positives, the appartment is spacious and is in a nice area close to Marbella and Puerto Banus. There is a shop and restaurants on the property. The staff was friendly and did what they could to help. We could easily find parking close to the appartment. We were given a first floor appartment. It had insight from surrounding patios into every room in the appartment. The balconies had no privacy at all, with people walking within 1-2 meters of them. Our washing machine broke down the 3rd day of our 8 day stay, and was never fixed. Clothes were washed by the maintenance but returned wet. Our drying rack was dirty so ended up having to ask for another one. The balcony outside the kitchen was a complete mess with private property of the owners all over the place. For the price that we paid for 8 days at Serinamar, there are better offers on the Costa del Sol.

We were a group of 20 girls and booked 4 apartments with 3 bedrooms each. For the price we paid the apartments were excellent, clean, spacious, well equipped and the layout across different phases each with their own pool worked well. All the staff were super helpful and the only feedback would be that the phases need to be signposted better as it’s easy to get lost.

Booked this for a short hen break. Excellent accommodation, clean, spacious, fully equipped and close to Banus. Would highly recommend Los Naranjos to anyone travelling to the vicinity. Really cool price too.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Los Naranjos. Well stocked supermarket on complex and couple restaurants. About 30 minutes walk to beautiful Puerto Banus with its beaches, marina and upmarket shops. About 10 - 15 minutes drive to centre of Marbella. Staff at Los Naranjos were so helpful and the apartment was the best we have ever stayed in. We would definitely go back again, especially this time of year (end January/beginning February). Weather was fabulous.
