Our room had two bathrooms one we had to keep the door close and not use it, because the smell was so toxic of sewer. Hair in shower floor and shower water was barley warm. We picked a room that slept five and when we got there, they said no only three people. So we had to book another room.

Being a former resident of Marbella, finding the property was easy, however, even if we were first-timers, one of the benefits of Vasari Resort is its accessible location. It is very close to supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. Just a stone's throw away from Puerto Banus and the beach. In spite of the age of the property, we found our 1-bed unit comfortable and clean. The only downside is there is no light in the shower stall which makes it difficult for us to see when we're showering even during the day and despite it having a window. We also found that the windows were not cleaned on the outside, especially by the kitchen. We found our parking spot conveniently situated in the underground secure parking - accessible through a lift which is just outside our door. We loved our stay there, in fact, we are planning another trip in November requesting exactly the same corner ground floor unit we had (subject to availability, of course) which we liked for its proximity to the large and inviting swimming pool, the clubhouse/cafe, the elevator, and underground parking. A special mention to Maria at the reception who is very friendly, welcoming, very accommodating and helpful.

We enjoyed spending a week at Vasari Resort. We had a 2-bedroom apartment with a terrace and a direct access to the pool and the common ground. The resort is very well designed as you don't feel that there is a lot of people although it is our impression that it was pretty full in August. There was a family ambiance and it is secured and a perfect place for families with children. Apartments are spacious with all the amenities. We had our dog who loved the place as he was able to do some walk around the neighborhood which is quite exclusive.

If you like a quiet and comfortable apartment, this is the place to go. Apartment is new and in top condition. Clean and nice design. Bed had very big and comfy mattress. Best place in Puerto Banus. Only 17 min walk to the port. Very nice swimming pool for guests and easy well protected parking.

We had a lovely stay at Vasari! We had Roma #9 and the apartment was nice with bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms in two floors. We did not have views to the pool except from one of the 4(!) balconies. The breakfast (kids 3,75€, 7,5-11€) at the pool house was amazing and the staff there lovely. The pool area was clean and there was plenty of sunbeds (and a life guard on duty at all times). The area is quiet and it took us about 20-30 mins with children to walk to Puerto Banus harbour area. Cleaning is every other day and the staff at the reception is very helpful. Lunch at the pool bar/house was also delicious and there were a good amount of choices available. Would recommend Vasari to anyone and hope to visit the place again in the future!

Location was the key for us. Close to the Puerto Banus but not really in the center of madness. The property was clean; can use some trash cans in the rooms. The corridors were dark (probably to save energy); use energy saving (LED) bulbs to save costs and energy but have more light in the corridors.

We arrived early at around midday and a lovely receptionist gave us our rooms earlier than the agreed checkin as they wete ready. We are a party of 7 so booked 2 duplex apartments...all i csn say is wow..they were next to each with pool views and we all were wowed by them..stunning 2 story spacious apartments loads a space and facilities. Resort was stunning and very relaxing, almost like we had exclusive right as no one really around..we ate at the pool bat breakfadt ok but we end up buying from the local supermarket up the rd and made a better full english ourselves..we walked to the marina about 10 mins walk a few times but really with heals taxi is better as it is a bit of walk in heals but as taxi was only 7 euros it was no issue. Loved every minute of our stay

Very good apartment. Lots of storage space for clothes. Sleeps 4 people but not suitable for two couples as the bathroom is en suite to the bedroom, but fine for a family with small children. Noisy neighbours can create a problem as walls are thin. Great location, ten minutes walk to the marina .

We booked a two bedroom apartment at the Vasari. We found it very easy to find. The check in was seamless and there was plenty of space for our car in the underground car park. The two bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious. Two large bedrooms both with bathrooms. The rooms could be closed off from each other for extra privacy. Large kitchen with full facilities - utility room with washer and drying facilities. Both bedrooms and also the lounge had patio / balconies. The apartment was very clean and was serviced every other day. Close to town - easy walking distance. Felt very safe and secure. No onsite eating facilities during the low season and the pool / spa were not heated but that was the only downside for us regarding the Vasari.

this was the worst hotel the air condition was too bad in the second floor and the stuff are too rude , theres nobody in the hotel to bring our lagugge to the room , the house keeping are not clean the floor well and the insects are everywhere !! no body bring to the room any shampoo or soap and thel told us you have to buy!

The apartments were spacious clean and had everything you could need including a dish washer! We were very impressed the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. The port and town were a short taxi ride away or about a 20 min walk, I will certainly be returning.

Stayed with 3 other friends for a short break. Very tidy apartment with lots of space. Pool area was nice and clean with plenty of loungers and Pool bar. Just a 10 minute walk to the Marina with plenty of nice shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is also very close and taxis can be ordered from the reception. All staff were friendly and accommodating.

No on site eateries - no coffee available in lobby; not enough hot water for baths/showers; and, so cold that even with the heat on high it did not take away the chill. We were provided with blankets and an electric heater but we would have to move it from room to room. I suspect that all the tile floors etc. contributed to the lack of warmth. Long walk to the nearest eatery and market. Staff were great especially Maria.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex apartment. It was massive and very well equiped kitchen had full cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher. Stayed 4 nights and cleaning and towels changed twice during this time. Some dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets provided as a started suggest you put a few extra in your suitcase save having to buy some together with a couple of tea towels. This time of year the pool bar was shut and there is no restaurant on site but that was no issue for us. There were very few people around the pool (very cold water) but weather was fantastic, blue skies for the whole time. Resort is about a mile from the centre of Puerto Banus and the area is a bit hilly, Iceland and another small supermarket on the other side of the road from Iceland down a slope about 10 minutes walk away where you can buy most things. Water in Iceland very cheap and Supermarket had fresh bread and other pastries for breakfast and you can get things for lunch in both too. Taxis into resort centre around 7 to 8 Euros max, we used them in the evenings to go to restaurants.

Very good and perfect for our group of girls getting away for a long weekend. a short walk into town in the daytime and a cheap taxi ride at night. Quiiet and out of the way enough to get some rest but close enough to get to the action. Very clean. Excellent villa and very clean. Highly recommend.

A pleasant and safe small complex in a good location but note that that neither swimming pool is heated (i.e. not ideal for children out of summer season)and while there is a snack bar on site for breakfast etc , there is no restaurant or bar.

Friendly, cooperative staff. Well appointed accommodation, everything worked,included Fridge, dishwasher,CD/DVD/TV, all the comforts of home ina one bedroom very big apartment. More like 5 star than 3 star. Only two drawbacks, a very hard bed and concrete/tiled floors! We could here the lady in the apt above "clicking" backwards and fowards in her high heels. Not very good at 04.30 am when she came back from the nigh-club. Great pool and gardens, well worth a visit.

Great location - a 10 minute walk to Puerto Banus, which was fine for me. Room was immaculate and the apartment (a one-bedroom) was large with all necessary amenities for self-catering. Bar food and breakfast was limited, though cheap and well-made. Staff were very accomodating.

We can not fault this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful (even when needed spare key after son left both in apartment!!), pool and pool area was clean, NO SAVING SUNBEDS policy was fantastic as we didnt have to worry that we would be met with a sea of towels at 10 am, breakfast was lovely, the maid service was good and friendly....what else is there to say! Wonderful hotel!
