Location is great, dont stay in Puerto Banus if you are sensitive to noise. It didnt bother me

Jacuzzi tub missing stopper. Miscommunication with luggage storage, we had to do it externally. The place could be really beautiful but it is in need of a major renovation.

Overall was great stay, nothing to complain about really. Staff was exceptional

The location is just amazing, the wiew over the sea and yachts, spacious and has this extra terrace. Room was big and had jacuzzi 😅

Don’t wanna complain about it at all because it was as expected to the price, I just keep wondering why no one is making a bare minimum to make it look a bit nicer. Its really worn out place, needs, if not complete then at least some renovation

Schlecht, Unzumutbar, Beschreibung bei Booking stimmt in keinem Fall was man vor Ort antrifft.

Nichts. Sehr veraltetes Inventar. Nicht wie in der Beschreibung vorgefunden. Küche in schlechtem Zustand. Keine Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr usw. vorhanden. Kein Whirpool wie in der Beschreibung. War kein eigenes Appartement wie beschrieben sondern nur ein kleines Zimmer. Alles andere musste mit anderen Mitbewohnern geteilt werden. Unzumutbar. Bitte dem Nachgehen. Haben vor Ort das Apartment storniert und sind in ein Hotel umgezogen am gleichen Tag.

Posizione

Tutto , impossibilità di farsi una doccia , solo vasca idromassaggi scomodissima da accedere . Abbiamo chiesto un phone che non ci è mai arrivato . Abbiamo dovuto comprarlo dopo due giorni di richiesta . Pulizia inesistente , prese per corrente solo due per stanza , abbiamo chiesto presa a più ingressi ….mai ricevuta.

Con pequeñas mejoras en el mantenimiento del ascensor y en la limpieza del espacio, la experiencia sería mucho más satis

La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, con una vista directa al puerto de la Marina de Puerto Banús, lo cual es un gran punto a favor. A pesar de haberme hospedado solo por una noche y no haber utilizado las instalaciones como la cocina, el espacio en general es cómodo. Quiero destacar también la cordialidad del personal: fueron muy atentos, amables y estuvieron siempre dispuestos a ayudar y dejar todo preparado para nuestra llegada.

Lamentablemente, el ascensor no funcionaba, por lo que fue necesario subir varios tramos de escaleras con el equipaje. En cuanto a la limpieza, dejó bastante que desear: la cabecera de la cama y el espejo tenían bastante polvo, y el suelo no parecía haber sido limpiado adecuadamente.

Localização perfeita, mesmo na Marina. Simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários. Sempre dispostos a ajudar com uma simples mensagem. Espaços comuns amplos e com espaço. Terraço com vista fabulosa.

Limpeza (sobretudo nas áreas comuns) poderia ser aprimorada. Mas penso que a culpa não será da gerência mas sim dos restantes hóspedes que partilhavam o espaço. Nos últimos dias estava melhor.
