No tea or coffee in the room, what was the point of a kettle ???? Stale bread at breakfast and poor selection. Not friendly staff on check in Noisy room

Descent please to stay in Marbella centar

Location is great, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and with descent choices.

Place definitely need some adaptation. There were none slippers or bathroom consumables. Also parking garage isn't connected to main building or elevator.

The blonde woman with glasses that checked us in was probably the rudest person we have ever met at a hotel reception ever!! No welcome smile ! Just so rude and unfriendly! The dark haired woman that night was lovely.how difficult is it to smile and welcome people

basic city centre hotel but hated the paper cups in the room.

great location. Good parking under hotel (€15 per day) Aircon very good in the room

paper cups instead of glasses in the room. Asked for glasses rather than paper cups but they never arrived no bottles of water in the room for 2nd night - why? we paid the same price for the second night as the first night

Helpful staff, good location, 7 minutes walk to the historic center, it has lots of shops - restaurants around. A fair 3*, rooms on the small side.

Disappointing

Serious noise from other guests, including likely threatening behaviour, in early hours of the morning causing disruption to sleep. This happened on 2 nights out of the 3 stayed. Not happy.

Very clean rooms in excellent condition at an unbeatable location.

Location was great.

Booking.com quotation for our stay was € 450.00,on arrival we were told the first night accommodation had already been taken off our credit card (€ 75.00), we were fine with that. On check out we were charged € 450.00 the full quoted price which we inadvertently paid, we've reported this on the Booking.com website and await a refund.

Nice place overall. Clean and great value.

Our room was on the side with the road and was a bit noisy, especially during afternoon/evening hours. Perhaps request an interior room if wanting more quiet. A little run down in the room with cracked shower basin for example. A little maintenance would make the place shine.

My stay was excellent.

The staff were very helpful and there was someone on reception 24 hours which is always useful and reassuring. Room cleaning and service was excellent. The breakfast was good and the cafe really pleasant. The hotel and all facilities in general were modernised and up to date. What was really nice for me, as a tango dancer, was that the cafe is used as a small but very welcoming tango venue twice a week [with no disturbance to other visitors] and the teacher was very good indeed. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
