Beautiful little hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were small but had everything you needed and were cleaned daily. Breakfast was lovely and the pool bar food was excellent. Location was fantastic too with just a 5 minute walk to the beach and promenade.

Hotel was clean and generally friendly, lovely layout and close to the beach and restaurants. Easy to walk from there.
We were given an upgrade because of a booking error by hotel and the upgrade room was lovely.
Disappointed that our first night was in a room with only a double bed, when we specifically asked for a twin bedded room, have email to confirm this. We were upgraded the following day, but it wasn't a very good start and we had no sleep because we had to share a bed.
Some staff were exceptional, but others in comparison looked if they would rather not be there.
To not have any alternative milks (apart from Almond) was unexpected in this day and age and they wouldn't store it for us if we purchased it :(

We absolutely loved our stay here. From arrival to check out, our stay was great. Despite arriving early, the staff checked us in and had our room ready for us as soon as they could, much earlier than the advertised check in time. The room itself was a good size, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bar was great and very reasonably priced, offering 20% off between 1700 and 1800 on a Friday and a Saturday. We were also provided with a 20% off voucher to be used on food or drink during our stay which we chose to use on lunch on our last day. The breakfast was 10/10, with a great choice of hot breakfast and cold breakfast options. There were also bicycles available to hire, however we did not use these, but a nice touch none the less and a great way to explore. The pool was cold, being April, however lovely if you're brave enough! We couldn't believe how good it was considering the price and would love to come back!
Our only negative experience was with the bar when we used our 20% off voucher. We ordered food with the voucher but forgot to place a drinks order with it. We returned to the bar, no more than 2 minutes later asking if we could add a couple of drinks onto the order with 20% off but were told we couldn't as the voucher had been used and we didn't have another one, which seemed a little harsh.
