unconvenient bathroom, but a very good hotel

hotel was very good

We were charged 100 euros for unidentified deposit although we had paid for the rent. We had never experienced that before, but enetering the bathroom it was clear that it aws very easy to break the bath shield which could collide with the bathroom door, but it would not have been our mistake.

A beautiful stay at Paloma with my 2 best friends.

Fantastic location, being 10 minutes drive from Marbella bus station with hotel itself being 5 minutes walk from the beach which takes you to that beautiful sea front path which takes you either all the way to Puerto Benus or other direction where you can find more affordable cafes and restaurants. Staff were amazing. On arrival I was greeted by Paula who was very friendly,efficient and knowledgeable. The housekeeping was exceptional and provided with everything that was essential during my stay. Breakfast was beautiful, from fresh fruit, pastries, to hot options such as full English.

Perhaps a future upgrade on user friendly coffee machines. As I struggled to make myself a proper cup of coffee. But perhaps it was just me!

Breakfast was very good.. and lunch in restaurant was always delicious.. I didn’t have dinner there as we ate out a lot in the evenings . Staff were polite but friendly and very helpful. Location was so good.. walking distance of town but so close to beach and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay very much .. thanks to all

A lovely hotel with friendly staff, in an excellent location and a nice non-corporate feel (it's not part of a big chain). Nice pool with a great range of poolside furniture. The breakfast (which was included in the price) was fantastic, with lots of options and available for a good time. The bar had a lovely selection of cocktails and was reasonably priced. Bikes available to hire was a good option.

Would have preferred the bar to be open later (although I appreciate the early close may be to avoid disturbing residents) The bike we hired was not in good condition, gears needed attention and the tyre was flat

Very nice hotel with a lovely pool area

Very nice hotel with a lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds and cafe/bar seating. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location for a family party we were attending and close to the seafront promenade, where there are restaurants and cafes. We also walked along the coast to Puerto Banus in about 30 minutes and caught the ferry from there to Marbella centre to visit the old town.

The room was a bit small and dark - not much natural light, and the lighting wasn't great. The taxi we booked with the hotel to pick us up at Malaga airport didn't arrive. We found our own alternative transport, but nothing was said when we arrived and checked in. I spoke to the reception manager the next day, and she was very apologetic and assured me we could trust them to book our return taxi for a reduced price. So we did that and it worked perfectly.

i was lucky i stayed only one night — i was literally counting the hours to get out of that place.

it doesn’t make sense how this hotel is rated so highly. the room was dirty and way too small — the decoration made it even worse, there was barely space to move around. the shower was clogged, and overall it felt like a total rip-off. on top of that, they charged us 6 euros for two small bottles of water that are free everywhere else. and the picture of the swimming pool on the hotel’s profile is totally misleading — it’s taken with a wide-angle lens to make it look huge, but in reality it’s just a tiny pool.

Best time in Marbella

Well located to enjoy the beach. Pool facility was simply perfect, just in front of each bedroom. Perfect to enjoy after beach day, with clean towels provided by hotel. Concierge team has been very kind and supportive. We also used parking facility and one morning we had to leave early, they prepared for us a Pic Nic bag. Breakfast was the best, plenty of options.

If you are interested in visit Marbella clubs or Puerto Banus center, you need a car or taxi as they are not nearby. Our room was quite small, no window in the toilet and just a very small one near the door that you could not fully open.

From the location to the friendliness of the staff, the inner courtyard with the pool, the restaurant, breakfast, lunch and tapas 🤩 our stay was amazing.! 5-8 minutes walking distance from the sea / seaside restaurants, hotel pool super comfy, excellent staff and service, all sorts of beaches available 10-15 minutes by car from the hotel, 20 minites by car to the coty of Marbella, since we wanted to visit them too, but the area where the hotel is located is fabulous. The room had everything needed and the hotel bar staff and atmosphere here was amazing and everyone super helpful. Best honeymoon!

It’s a great place, extremely clean and very attendive staff. Front desk receptionist Paula went beyond our expectations when she helped us with a situation that actually we created. So, 10+ for her. Location is great, very close to the beach, bed very comfortable, cleaniness at the top, and breakfast with enough choices every day. Congratulations! Keep it up!

Ok hotel for a short stay

The room was renovated and looked fresh. Location was good but far from Marbella, you need to take a bus or taxi. Not a lot of tourists in the surroundings.

The room was facing the road and parking, lots of noise during the night. Also, you can hear the noises from the neighboring rooms. The TV did not have a smart function, so only cable programs were available. Breakfast was average, both by look and taste.

Medicore place.

Relatively close to the beach.

Some English guy got drunk and naked shouting obscenities at 2am. (Room 19) 8/9 April 2024. Bottom floor rooms are esentially windowless and look like a closet. Loud music coming from the courtyard bar till 11pm.

Excellent option in Marbella, cost-benefit is amazing!

Very good and complete complimentary breakfast! Nice room in ground floor with a small sitting area in front. The parking (although not free( was very convenient. Lovely neighborghood!

The directions in google maps led us to the back of the hotel and thankfully there was a guest there to tell us how to get to the front. You should revise this, thank you!
