Near to beach
No kettle in room . Small room . Bed sheets were dirty full of stains . Staff doesn’t take your issues seriously .
5.0 / 10.0
Staff were nice, the exterior walls and decorations were well maintained. View of the hills was good. Location is near the main road so easy access and only a 10 min walk to the beach side. Staff tidied up and cleaned the room everyday. Variety of food options and desserts and some cold food available for late night checkins.
Rooms were a bit small. Room A/c's fan worked but there was no cooling. Room fan helped a bit but without the A/c it was not pleasant. Bed mattress was soft and hard enough to support you so was uncomfortable. Although they have a very good kitchen setup and lot of food options, many of the food items could have been more tastier for sure,

A fantastic place, we wish to stay longer. A beautiful hotel with patios, large swimming pool, bar and restaurant. If you are looking to stay in lovely place, drinking cocktails by the pool this is definitely a place for you. Super nice staff, very helpful. Our room was good size and cleaned every day. Breakfast was the best but you can find nice dishes at the dinner as well. We will be back!
A lovely place to stay but I’ll suggest to rent a car if you are willing to visit Marbella town or bike if you want to go to Puerto Banus.
What I would like to suggest the wine could be better, especially that it’s in Spain, they have amazing wine and not expensive, the one in hotel was poor quality.

air conditioning, wifi, beautiful pool, seems like the French people were having great activities.
I did not know that i had booked a room at an all inclusive resort with only French families!!! And, I had to walk 2.5 miles to get to the actually town of Marbella. But, it was a beautiful walk.

BE CAREFUL!! its the worst hotel ever, they never answer you when you send them a message, the rooms are not clean, and it smells shit all the time. the bed is not comfy at all, you have no blanket. the hotel is really dirty. I found a cockroach in the room. I asked them many times to clean it or to even wave away the bad smell in the rooms, they barely listen to you.
don’t stay in this hotel everything is bad in it

The first few days of my stay were excellent. I rate 5 stars for everything.
About 5 or 6 days into my stay I was removed from my room for no reason. Seems like they gave my room to someone else which was very rude and disrespectful. The new room that I was assigned was dirty, the blankets had hairs on it from what seems to be the previous visitor. When I complained about this, the cleaner literally walked out with the blankets, did not realize I was watching her and came right back in with the same dirty sheets. Once again I complained because my skin was itchy from having to sleep there the night before. The new room was a complete downgrade to what I originally booked. There was 2 twin beds placed together to make 1 full bed, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep in. The last few days of my stay were not so pleasant.

Beds could have been more comfortable. Would have been nice to have a water bottle, at least on an arrival.
