Great Location, amazing views.

Property is dated and it shows. Exterior needs some TLC, flaking veneer on exterior pillars, dated interiors and furniture in rooms. Closed facilities and restaurants due to ongoing legal dispute between owners and management company.

Cleaning staff were amazing. They were extremely efficient and couldn’t do enough to help.

Room service was not available even though the person who checked me in said it was open until 3am. The QR code in the room didn’t work. On my second last night, a group of guys were in the room next to me. They partied until 8am. They banged on my door numerous times. When I didn’t answer, they jumped across the terrace wall and banged on the patio door. I was terrified. When I went out to see what was happening, they wanted me to join their party. They had just checked into the hotel for one night. It was obvious they were there to party. I was offended that they were out into a room next to mine, when the hotel was well aware that I was a female solo guest. The main restaurant was closed. This was not communicated to me before the trip or when o checked in. There was red and white tape in many parts of the hotel. It seemed like the hotel was getting ready to wind down for winter season. It resulted in the hotel coming across as not fully operational or respectful to the current guests. I will not return to this hotel. Nor will I recommend it to others.

60th Birthday disapointed

Hotel not opened fully as promised & has deteriated in apperance not enough sunbeds as part of pool area now being used as breakfast & restsurant area also now charging geusts 15e for the Hotels ptivate beach sunbeds which i think cheecky considerring they have removed many if the beds on the upper teir of pool area. We have been here 3 times but will not be returning its a shame as we treated our family fior a 60th birth & had 3 rooms we revieved a discount but would have rather have found another 5 star hotel with everything up & running most of the staff are trying hard ti make it a bettrr experience . We heard the Hotel is in despute

Nice stay, very nice pool and good breakfast.

Nice pool with comfortable sun lounges, nice room with very good airco, friendly staff at reception and car parking (parking valet), the location is great, quiet room with super nice view facing the sea, breakfast is delicious. I can recommend the place and will be back.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, one pool, one bar and one restaurant/cafe everything else closed down

The hotel is dated, some of the staff friendly others not. The one restaurant available had a small menu but was never changed. No shop to buy water or supplies, 5 euro for a small bottle from the bar in the hotel. No free water in the rooms (5 star hotel) .. no beds available on the beach had to be booked, 40 euro for hotel beds on the beach ..

Not a 5 stars hotel

Nothing. There was a scam.

They say they have 5 stars, they have 1. Restaurants were closed due to a problem that we had to be supposed to be adviced before arriving. Rooms were not clean. Humidity odor in the room. Elevators not working. I dont know how you still list this hotel. I left the property and moved to another hotel after the first night. They have a room as a bathroom in the lobby as they had the bathrooms out of service.
