This review aims to bring to your attention a series of issues that have left a profoundly negative impression on me. I want to preface this by saying that I am an avid traveler, spending over 40% of my year in hotels, and I've been doing so for more than 6 years. The price (often similar to or even exceeding that of 5-star hotels) versus what is offered is truly disappointing. I'll support this statement with the following arguments: * Undisclosed Extra Charge for Poolside Sunbed: Nowhere (on the official website, ***, etc.) did I find any mention that, in addition to the nightly rate, I would have to pay an extra charge for a sunbed by the pool! It's an outrageous amount – ***! Seriously? * Poor Employee Service: At accommodation rates starting from ***/night, to receive the worst service from employees is unbelievable! I have never before encountered such arrogance and ignorant behavior. * Bar Standards: Given the exorbitant prices charged for drinks at the bar, the service should be impeccable, not messy tables, long queues at the bar, and other shortcomings. * Unjustified Price Difference Between Rooms: The price difference between standard and superior rooms is unjustified, considering they have the same design and surface area. It's simply a method to deceive customers! My message is addressed to the management of this establishment, with the hope that measures will be taken to improve the situation. Personally, I don't believe this will happen, as I am not the only one providing such feedback! Otherwise... it's a shame that you've managed to ruin the reputation of a hotel chain. It's truly sad.
