Very nice. Would highly recommend the property, especially if staying for several days.

It felt like we were staying in a new apartment. Very clean, good space, nice conveniences. The express cafe/convenience store connected to the lobby was quite nice for coffee, a late snack, or small things to have in our unit was a great plus. Also, cabs were always waiting outside the building and the staff was excellent at helping out whenever needed.

There was nothing we didn't like... but two things I would note are that the water-view/sea-view side of the building is also on the same side as the 5 lane highway/both directions, which was noticeable in the unit. I would recommend staying on the other side of the building for a quieter unit experience. Also, the hot water in the shower on the 16th floor would fluctuate consistently. All in all, these were relatively minor elements given the overall positive experience and quality of the unit and building.

It took them long to give me extra bed even though i booked triple room with queen bed and sofa bed. I had to ask reception 5 times to give me the extra bed since there was no sofa bed present in the room.

Helpful staff with clean and great facilities.

The staff were able to facilitate a slightly early check in for free. There was a washing machine in the room which was amazing. The roof pool was also very pretty.

I wasn’t a nice experience

It situated in a close distance to many government institutions

I arrived around midnight and have to wait to the reception for several minutes before we could get a room whiles our booking was for a night. Although he upgraded our reservation however, it didn’t give us the comfortability of the needed rest since we had to wake up early morning next day.

Pay more attention to details

Overall, the staying was comfortable. Nice room. I've checked-in fast, there was no one else when I arrived and the room was ready.

Some things were not as they are written, for example on facilities: dishwasher & slippers. In my room, they weren't. I would suggest more attention about housekeeping: 1. I wanted to use the cutlery and 3 pieces were already dirty 2. Apparently in the daily housekeeping, the dishes are not included :). 3. Don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem doing them myself, but when I asked If I can have detergent to wash them, the lady at the office pointed me to the shop by saying "you can buy from there". I mean, seriously? 4. I wanted to use the iron but who used it before used it wrong and it was full with a black sticky surface. 5. And the most annoying thing: doing housekeeping at 10-11 PM! I could hear things clanging and moving from the rooms around me.

The facilities are nice, we were not able to enjoy the pool because we have check in very late and need to check out early.!

The hotel is new and has excellent facilities, which initially gave us a good impression. We visited Abu Dhabi unexpectedly and needed a place to stay for the night. It happened to be a holiday, and when we arrived at the hotel, the lobby was crowded with people waiting to check in. Many guests had already checked out, but the rooms were still not ready. Unfortunately, we had to wait more than 3 hours for our room. When we finally received the key and went up, we were shocked to find the room in a complete mess — it hadn’t been cleaned at all. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes for housekeeping, and even then, the beddings weren’t changed, and the bathroom was very dirty. We understand that the hotel is new and likely short-staffed, especially during a busy holiday. However, it was clear they were not prepared for the high volume of guests. While the property itself shows potential, the experience was disappointing due to poor management and lack of readiness. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

Location from ADNEC is excellent, room is very neat & clean.

There is no breakfast, but really happy when they upgraded our room. The room is so spacious and very clean. Location on the event where we go is really excellent as very close as in walking distance from ADNEC.

We went & use the pool around 9am and towels are not available. We kept on telling the staff on duty and he keeps on saying its coming. But then that coming means we had waited more than 1hr to have that as it came around past 10am. By that time, we already decided to go back to the room as we are feeling cold as we cant dry ourselves. Also, the night we stay there we went out the hotel to explore the city and we ask our car with the valley attendant and he said okay they will take our car. Past 10mins we did not got our car so my husband followed it up and we came to know that no one attended to our car. If my husband did not followed up they will not get it and hence my husband got angry to the attendant.

Appartement très confortable et extrêmement propre. Le supermarché juste en bas de l'immeuble est extrêmement bien achalandé et qui propose un super rayon traiteur. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Хорошая скорость интернета, комфортные апартаменты, была стиральная машина, полноценная кухня, хороший чистый номер. По соседству супермаркет работающий до позднего времени.

Было дорого !) может это от сезона зависит, но факт останется фактом… А в остальном: Сломанное биде, на мою заявку сказали отреагируют, но за неделю его так и не починили. Не критично, но просто вот. Кондиционер не регулировался ни на какое изменение температуры. В номере из-за этого было холодно. Пришлось его выключить. Второй кондиционер, который в спальне, не работал вообще. Горячей воды в душе хватает на 2 минуты, потом еле теплая. Понимаю, что это 12 этаж, но в других отелях все с этим ок. К слову, в номере была ванная, но зачем она, если набрать горячей воды не получится?! Считай просто ещё один душ. Обслуживание номеров хитрит. Приходят вечером с предложением уборки номера так как утром не успели. Извиняются. Понятно, что вечером, мало кто согласится на уборку в моменте когда сам сидишь отдыхаешь. В итоге уборка номера не каждое утро. А ещё в номере не было одноразовых тапок и гладильной доски хотя утюг был, хороший.

Заселили раньше времени. У нас был номер 412. Кухня-гостиная+гостевой туалет, и 2 комнаты, каждая со своей ванной. Удобные жесткие матрасы. По 2 подушки на 1 маленькую кровать, и по 4 подушки на большую кровать. В каждой комнате 2 шкафа. Есть утюг, доска, фен. В ванной, есть жидкое мыло, шампунь и кондиционер. Хорошие тапочки одноразовые. Есть вода при заселении, у нас было 2 больших и 2 маленьких бутылки. Много посуды, хорошая техника на кухне. Много разного освещения, что помогает создать уютную атмосферу. Есть стиральная машина и раскладная сушка, в отдельной постирочной комнате, очень удобно. Кондиционер работал хорошо. Бассейн, сауну и детскую площадку, не успели посетить. Внизу есть ресторан и рядом магазин с закусочной, готовят вкусно. Вокруг много заведений, чтобы перекусить. До тематических парков ехать 30 минут. До аэропорта от 20 до 30 минут.

Нужно больше внимания уделить чистоте в номере: - проверять тщательней постельное белье, на наволочках были пятна, они были чистыми, но их плохо постирали. Видимо вопрос к химчистке, тк само постельное белье хорошее. - пылесосить и мыть пол чаще,убирать в ванной, если жильцы попросили, так как в номере не было чисто, когда мы заселились, были мотыльки, волосы в ванне, но после просьбы об уборке, поменяли только грязные наволочки и полотенца. - была испорченная мебель, мы об этом сказали в день заселения, сказали, что подойдут и зафиксируют, но никто не пришел. -обновить полотенца, так как половина полотенец были изношены. -добавить 1-2 таблетки для посудомоечной машины, так как этого не было, а покупать упаковку не хочется. -добавить халаты. -продлить время работы бассейна, хотя бы до 21 часа.
