Friendly staff, great value for money, clean and nice location.

Good location near one of the main roads that can take you anywhere. Free shuttle bus to main points of interest. Nice clean room, very friendly staff. A bit simple on the inside, but makes sense for the affordable price. Enjoyable breakfast until 10:30 that lets you get some morning sleep.

We had three people in the booking, but there was only one small towel for hands and face and two large ones. We asked for more at the reception and were provided with a few extra. However, a couple of days later after the room was cleaned, said towels disappeared from the room and we were back to the start with one small and two large ones.

I'd definitely recommend here and stay there again.

Breakfast had plenty of choice and wasn't too busy even though I went at different times during my stay. Location, you'll need an Uber / taxi to go anywhere but it's pretty central. Can't walk anywhere. Hotel also kept onto my luggage and always had staff at the reception and there was no wait to be seen to.

Tiny Rooms but Great Breakfast

The hotel rooms were extremely small, leaving barely any space beyond the bed, a tiny nightstand, and an otherwise useless TV. It felt quite cramped, with no room to move around or store belongings comfortably. On a brighter note, the breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options, which was a highlight of our stay. Additionally, the presence of carpet both in the rooms and along the hallways added a cozy touch that we appreciated. Overall, while the lack of space in the rooms was disappointing, the enjoyable breakfast and comfortable carpeting provided some relief.

Not recommended - Spend some extra money and stay somewhere better in Abu Dhabi

Pros: + Not expensive, considering other Abu Dhabi options + Car park in the basement + Polite staff at the Nuevo restaurant (breakfast was decent but nothing to write home about, especially at €16 per person)) + Water bottles daily replenished in room

Cons: - Family room was very cramped for 2 adults and 2 children - Unpleasant smell (sewer?) coming ftom the bathroom throughout the 5 days of our stay - Not enough towels in room (2 for 4 guests), even after they were changed - Only a couple of English-speaking channels on TV - Check-in was slow and no-smile service - Location is far from everything a leasure traveller may be interested in - Drilling and constant hammering from 8:30 am every day except Friday (we were informed about their upgrading works, but still...)

Could've been way better..

Room was spacious and the bed was pretty comfortable. Cleaning was on point too.

We woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of a vaccumcleaner. Apparenty they decided to clean the room beside ours at around 01:00. What started as some noises turned in to full blast cleaning. Despite having a great breakfast place, and what looked like such a variety, the food was pretty bland and things like the turkey bacon felt like it was grilled 3 days beforehand.

I like it as it was close to ADNEC

While the location is quite convenient, especially for those attending events, there’s unfortunately not much of interest in the surrounding area aside from ADNEC. I also found the pool rather underwhelming—it lacked the inviting atmosphere and design that would make you want to spend time there.

Great for the price point, and very comfortable beds and pillows.

The F&B team every morning was very welcoming and recognised us as we were there for a couple of days. Check-in process was smooth. Bed and the single pillow (some hotels give two and they are as flat as flatbread) were comfortable and really decent for the price point. Also within walking distance to ADNEC, it's really hot in Abu Dhabi, but a mere 5 min away is ADNEC, which is what we were there for.

The shower. It's hard to operate and get the temperature I wanted. Therés also no shower head. I would prefer that to a rainshower.

the room is too bad, old TV, no tissue in the room , no flip-flops, shampoo and soap too cheap, the drainage not clean, breakfast not to bad, but too cheap, not offering white cheese or any thing healthy.

Compare to other hotels in same area , Premier inn is worst ! I didn’t like how staff deal with the visitors especially Mr Rizwan he can not deal propery with visitor ! & need to be counselled . I didn’t like the service , they don’t change the towels or the soap in the bathroom . And sometimes you keep calling for this service & no body response !!!

Great staff, we had a room door malfunction and they sent maintenance right away and we got into the room after 5 minutes. Rooms were nice and clean, didn’t have the chance to go to the pool or gym.
