Overall it was an excellent stay. I would definitely choose this property again.

The staff at check in was very welcoming and friendly. I had requested an earlier check in for 2pm and my room was ready on arrival. The room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was also comfortable except the sink being outside the bathroom area, which was a little odd layout. I had read some reviews that there was no running hot water but the water was hot and good pressure in the shower also. Breakfast was very good with a decent selection of items including an egg station also. The glow restaurant on the 5th floor facing the pool had a wonderful relaxing vibe to it. The weather was excellent and had a good lunch there.

Comfy bed

The bed was comfortable and cozy , the AC is cool and nice shower very clean , good numbers of elevators we didn’t have to wait for a long time .Ahmed the manager was so sweet gave me a discount but all of the staff to be fair the breakfast was nice

The room did not smell like a hotel room , an air freshener and the bedding should’ve smelled nice and fresh but it did not , the reservation guy Rivzin seemed clueless he asked me to make my children sleep in one bed !!! I booked a room for three I did not know that a queen size room won’t fit an extra bed I had to pay extra money for a bigger room ! How come the booking went through !!

It was an average stay... may be we wont be choosing this hotel again if we ever visit AbuZahbi.

Breakfast was good with many options. Pool area is big and nicely made.. .unfortunately it was under maintenance. Also closing time of pool sitting area at 2300hrs was strange.

The room is comparatively small . Pool was under maintenance which was not communicated while booking was made. Normally Hotels mention that on booking pages There was a confusion as well for the bed of child. One king size bed was thought to manage 3 persons. First the management said that the extra bedding will be charged, however later on they were kind enough to send an extra bed for child. I fail to understand that when i book for 3 persons through booking.com , than the bed issue should be solved automatically.

It was amazing beyond words

The facility, the overall stay, and most importantly the staffs are so amazing. I left a little note upon booking but they went above and beyond in giving us complimentary room surprise for our special day. Ms. Hadeer is super woman in putting up all the decorations and i could not thank enough her. Their restaurant staff team (WXYZ restaurant) also gave us surprise cake and our hearts are really full. Thank you so much Aloft Abu Dhabi and we will surely stay again whenever we got a chance to visit the place.

The Dinner and Break fast was marvelous, top in class with excelent service. My kids love the pool, its quiet and very clean and perfectly maintained, not too crowded too. I will visit again.

Parking is lightly confused. they dont have parking in front of the hotel, as this hotel is located in an exibition area, all the parking have been reserved for exibition invites.

Their treatment is very bad. Their service is slow. I asked them for a toothbrush and water on my first day at the hotel, and until my last day I was talking to them about several things, such as the laundry also, and their treatment was bad in response and service.

We had an amazing stay at Aloft Abu Dhabi! We were celebrating our second anniversary and were so touched by the thoughtful surprises prepared for us—there were balloons on the bed, a cake with a sweet dedication, a handwritten note, and even a cute mirror drawing that said “Congratulations on your wedding.” The room was cozy and clean, and the staff were kind, professional, and very accommodating. We truly felt welcomed and appreciated. Thank you, Aloft, for making our stay extra special!

Where to start? The room smelled so bad, the water was cold , the douche in the bathroom was awful like it didn’t stand for a second . The buffet for lunch was the leftover for last week.

A good option for an airpot hotel

I stayed here for one reason only - to have easy access to the airport. This property isn't exactly an airport hotel - it's about 15 minutes away - but as an airport hotel, it is just fine. The staff were EXCELLENT. The property is what all Aloft hotels are - funky, fun, clean, and comfortable. Nothing more, nothing less.

My stay at Aloft was very pleasant.

The location was great with easy access to conference facilities and transportation. The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful, especially Ibrahim. The hotel is very pretty and clean. The bed was comfortable.

The room was large and should have had a small couch to make it feel homely and give more options for sitting and watching the television. The toilet seats are too hard. The water did not get warm enough for a good warm bath.

The room was nice and a very good value for money.

The room was well appointed and the amenities available were good. The cleaning crew did a great job daily with the room. I would like to make a special commendation for both Ibraim and EiBek (who were both stationed at the front desk/reception in the lobby) for being very accommodating, professional, helpful and engaging and whom helped to make the stay more enjoyable.

The fact that the entertainment areas (Glow Restaurant and Brick Top) closed by 11pm and 12am respectively. I am a passionately football (soccer) fan and I was not able to enjoy the games being televised at the Glow lounge due to this fact.

Overall, while the staff and cleanliness were great, the food quality, buffet setup, & not good.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, which really made me feel welcome. The place was also very clean and well-maintained, from the rooms to the common areas.

I was disappointed with the food. Both breakfast and dinner lacked variety, and some of the dishes really need improvement. The roasted beef was so tough and chewy that I couldn’t even eat it in the end. The sushi didn’t taste fresh, and some of the bread was hard to bite into. The soup selection was also limited and not very appetizing. Another concern is the buffet layout. The food counters were placed too high, which made it hard to reach the food comfortably—I had to tiptoe just to get some items. This setup isn’t ideal and could even cause accidents, especially for shorter guests, elderly and kids. Also, the hotel only has one pool, so there’s not much variety or space for guests who want a more relaxing or quiet swim. When we ordered food at the pool area, the fried chicken we got was very tough and mostly breading—not enjoyable at all. The drinks were also a letdown—no fresh juices. For the price I paid, I expected better food quality and overall value. Overall, while the staff and cleanliness were great, the food quality, buffet setup, and pool experience didn’t meet expectations for the price. I hope the hotel can improve these areas to make the stay more worth it.
