The staff are very helpful; they respond to requests promptly and are very kind to children. The facilities and services were very good. I will recommend this facility and would really love to stay whenever I am in Abu Dhabi.

I really liked the spacious and clean room, the comfortable bed, and the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel apartment was well-equipped, making our family stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience.

One washroom wash basin was observed to be choked, resulting in water stagnation. At the time of inspection, it was fully blocked. Additionally, the other washroom was found to be in an undried condition, with water not draining properly.
The washrooms require better maintenance, particularly with regard to dryness and cleanliness. It is recommended to provide at least one or two complimentary bottles of water, as the one-liter bottle was priced at AED 50. Furthermore, valet staffing was inadequate, causing extended waiting times.
