The advance is so good but the ac its good if u will sit in the sofa but if u lying in the bed u feel hot,mybe the ac not match in the bed.much better change the lcation of the bed into the front of aircon.

Rooms are tired and electronic items did not work. Lack of staff in hotel means you need to problem solve yourself. Not relaxing. Very disappointing. Would not book again.

Parking - the front office agent didn’t provide proper guidance where to park the car - I have spent aprx half an hour to park the car at desired place

The rooms was big enough, the beds was comfortable.

On the first day after moving in, we found one cockroach in the lobby, but we didn’t think anything of it. By the way, we had to wait almost 30 minutes for our luggage to be delivered to our room. The room was very outdated, although the bed linen in the bedroom was fresh. The furniture in the rooms and especially in the kitchen is very outdated, in some places it is simply fixed with bolts. For 5 people there were only 2 sets of towels, the rest had to wait an hour and they brought towels from the pool and the same story was repeated the next day. The next day we were in for a real shock; in the evening there were a large number of cockroaches of various sizes in the corridor and in the kitchen, which suggests that the problem has existed for a long time. Cockroaches were everywhere, on the plates, on the floor, on the walls. One even somehow got into the refrigerator. I went down to the lobby and found the duty manager, Hicham Lall. I also saw a certificate stating that the hotel was last inspected in January 2022! I showed the photo and video and the manager, looking surprised, went with me to check. Having seen the illegal guests, he promised to carry out urgent cleaning right now. After 20 minutes, a man came to us with a bag and said: I was told that I need to take out the trash)))). This was the last straw, the manager on duty did not respond to a Whatsapp message and only after calling the phone number they changed our number. The impressions are very, very unpleasant, and at the same time the hotel has a rating of 8.1 (although many understand that some of the points of 10 are not real) and 4 stars. If you want to pay for 4* and get a full night of adventures with cockroaches, then this is the place for you.

More bath mats needed... Water everywhere if you have kids that love long showers :-( shouldn't be a problem if you dont have kids. LOL

When I am coming to check in there are two staff ,one Arabian lady she was busy and one Asian lady she have customers , I wait half an hour . Sorry but I will not come again.

My stay was fantastic, got positive vibes from the reception whilst checking-in to my room. Martina (reception host) was fantastic and made everything seamless.. i was given a room upgrade and also late checkout to my amazement. You guys rock!

Nothing.. everything was great and pleasant. Minor details though- there was no toiletry kit in the bathroom and no hotel slippers in the room. They were provided upon request though.
