Nice hotel and staff

I really enjoed the stay. Staff was polite and helpfull. Good choice of dishes for breakfast. For me location was perfect as I was visiting exhibition center. Water in pool had some heating so even managed to swim in January :)

Some elements of furniture and decorations has a significant signs of beeing there for a long time, but it was not annoying or giving any discomfort.

Our room wasn’t cleaned and ready even after the check in timing we had to wait 40 min from our stay time while it should be ready and waiting for the check in smoothly.

The breakfast options were great. I loved the coffee machines for a good coffee. The amenities in the toilet like bottles of lotion, body wash and shampoo.

The toilet bowl was broken. Water was leaking hence was noisy. The toilet floor was filled with water after showering.

Stayed nearer to the airport for morning flight but it took 20 minutes in a taxi breakfast not available until 0630

Breakfast people at the restaurant are friendly and helpful , reception also was welcoming

Gym equipment so poor Pool guy closed it and evacuated it while we still there and asked us to leave just because he needed a break... Bed pillow was soo bad and uncomfortable Overall it wasn't a good experience, i have had way better somewhere else
