Great hotel and fantastic staff!

The rooms are bright and spacious and so clean! Amazing shower! The breakfast was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Nothing was too much effort- very impressed with the staff! The pool area is very nice, and the sun beds are lovely.

This was our first time to Abu Dhabi, and we weren’t sure what location to be in. Nothing is too far away, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but we felt that maybe it would have been nicer to be closer to the beach- although they do a shuttle at the hotel to take you there, so this is just a very minor thing.

Unique design. Large spacious rooms. Terrace is at level 18, excellent views. Convenient location for visiting main attractions. Affiliated beach is also excellent.

The way to handle the extension for the additional night was very unpleasant and the offered rate was beyond reasonable and not justified. The staff at the reception were very friendly but didn’t show any interest to help us with this issue.

I spent the night for the marathon, it was very convenient professional staff

Nothing , They didn’t know about the road closure for the marathon. So the breakfast service was very pressured . staff were not able to arrive to the hotel 🫣🤣… I felt sorry for them so unpredictable. They waived my breakfast cost which was very generous as the breakfast was great only the life cooking was a bit late .

Superb stay at all levels, much exceeded my expectations especially the beach and Abu Dhabi itself.

Check in was excellent and informative. The hotel provided shuttle to the beach which was superb. Breakfast is tasty and good variety. I had a room upgrade and they even provided take away breakfast on the day of my travel. The hotel is two minutes walk from ADNEC conference centre. The pool was closed though for refurbishment which is a shame.

The pool was closed , lifts sometimes took long time to get to you.

Amazing..

It’s close to the race venue, the staff was super helpful and friendly from the valet person to the man who carried my luggage to the reception everyone was nice and smiling all the time and offering to help always. The room were clean and tidy, I didn’t have to take a lot of time waiting the moment I arrived my room was ready.

The only thing actually was the pillow it was so light and almost like paper thin haha I, I put 4 pillows on each other yet still was not comfortable and woke up with neck pain.. other than that everything was perfect

Perfect location for attending an event at the convention center that is comfortable and welcoming.

Location was perfect for anyone attending an event in the Convention Center. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Rooms were spacious with full wall windows that are bright and cheery with great views. The bathroom was luxurious with a bath overlooking the city.

The gym facilities need to be expanded and upgraded. That includes the pool and spa area that has a potential to be so much better.

The style is just like we are used to when staying across different Andaz locations. Everything is very well attended and professional and keeps a good standard. The menu in the restaurant is not the largest but has some very good options. Beds are also very comfortable.

Nothing to complain about to be honest. A bit of a hassle to change elevators between the ground floor and lobby but nothing out of the ordinary for tall buildings.

Just perfect with a super service team

The service was perfect, the room are very qualitative and the location is really great : Near the airport, great mosque and not too far from the Corniche. Special thanks to Ram at the Conciergerie who did an excellent job as we were late for the flight, and the Egyptian lady at the reception who did a super job with us ! I recommend

It's a bit away from the city center. However, it is close to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and other nice places. By taxi it takes approx. 10 to 15 minutes to the city center. If you have business in the exhibition center, it is your place
