The valet service was really bad, I understand that weather is bad and they aren’t allowed to stand outside but I don’t need to watch up to the valet person in charge to hand my keys over to him. It beats whole person of assigning a valet in charge.

Reception and guest service (phone) staff were absolutely a pain to interact with, im anti social and avoid trouble but i felt uncomfortable to deal with the reception staff who felt more like police officers than welcoming hosts. I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Pearl Rotana Capital Centre. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and professional service and Gym. Every detail, from the spacious rooms to the welcoming atmosphere, made my stay feel special. A heartfelt thank you to “Elena” from Customer Service, whose gentle and classy manner stood out from the moment we met. Her charming laughter and graceful approach could melt away any issue, even before it arose. She added a genuine touch of hospitality that elevated the entire experience. Looking forward to returning again. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays in Abu Dhabi

"A Five-Star Experience with Minor Flaws – Still Highly Recommended!"

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Seamless, Elegant Stay – Highly Recommended My stay at Pearl Rotana was absolutely exceptional. The room was pristine and beautifully equipped with everything I needed — a king-size bed, a cozy sofa, a fully stocked minibar, and a coffee/tea station with milk, sugar, and more. The bathroom was modern, spotless, and included thoughtful amenities like makeup towels and daily fresh linens. The design was tasteful, with elegant touches like illuminated mirrors and vibrant wall art. Housekeeping was impeccable — discreet, efficient, and reliable. I also appreciated the ironing station and robe provided. Breakfast was delicious and varied, leaving me fully satisfied every morning. Every corner of the hotel reflected comfort and care, and the front desk staff (especially Faith) handled everything with grace, including my minibar arrangements. While the stay was exceptional overall, I was disappointed that there is no shuttle service to downtown Abu Dhabi, which is unacceptable for ANY five-star hotel. Also, the Yas Island shuttle bus passes only at 10 AM next to the hotel and leaves Yas Island at 6 PM. The attractions in Yas Island are open between 10 AM–6 PM! That means that if you are to take the shuttle bus to Yas Island, you will need to sacrifice time from the attractions because you arrive after they open and must leave before they close. Additionally, the Yas Island shuttle bus only takes you (for free) if you have a ticket to any of the attractions there. There is a supermarket that serves food at the opposite side of the road which is medium to expensive prices, but they seem cheap when compared to the hotel's very expensive prices for dinner options (e.g. AED 60 for the dinner buffet). Don’t get me wrong: the staff working at the kitchen and on service are amazing. The staff in Pearl Rotana in general is perfect for a five-star hotel. One more important point: there is no airport shuttle service provided by the hotel. For an international guest arriving at midnight or very early morning, this lack of convenience is not aligned with five-star standards and should be seriously considered as an improvement. Also, before my arrival, there was a stressful situation due to a delay from Booking.com in forwarding the payment. Despite the fact that I sent proof showing the balance had been deducted from my credit card, the hotel had not received confirmation and could not hold the reservation. I understand that I booked literally last minute (on the same date of arrival), but this added unnecessary anxiety. Thankfully, I contacted the hotel directly and Ms. Harleen from Reservations handled the matter with great professionalism and reassurance. Because of her help, everything was resolved swiftly and my check-in was ultimately smooth.

At first, everything was great, decent breakfasts, good service, and overall a pleasant stay. However, a few days before our departure, my husband was severely shocked by the bedside lamp near our daughter’s sleeping area. He was visibly red and had to lie down for quite some time. It was a very frightening experience.

The staff responded quickly and confirmed that there was indeed an electrical issue. We were moved to a nicer room. Unfortunately, the next day no one asked about my husband’s condition or offered any form of apology, compensation, or even a small gesture of care. I was quite surprised and disappointed by the lack of follow-up, especially given the severity of the incident. My husband needed several days to recover from the shock. I believe this situation deserved more serious attention and empathy from the staff.

The hotel currently does not offer Ramadan iftar options through its booking platform; the breakfast mentioned is the standard morning fare. It would be advantageous to include a Muslim iftar option in the booking system, offered at a reasonable price for guests staying at the hotel, considering the substantial cost of AED 199 , which many may find prohibitive.

The dining staff was great. Thanks to Thasif, Jesca, and two Nepali staff and their manager. Rooms were always clean, and credit goes to young Bangladeshi boys, who was always there to help.

As my flight changed, I contacted staff from the UK for the possibility of early check-in, they said you could get key by 10 am. When I arrived it was different scenario but to extent not staff fall as rooms were full
