Wish I could stay longer but checked out early due to flight schedule.

Fast & Easy check in and check out. The property is close to the event area, very accessible. Room is clean and pleasant smell of the beddings! Grocery stores are just right in front and corner.

Parking for my business visitors is not great - he/she will need to know my room number before allowed a car park. When I arrived for check in, I was not allowed to park my car until check in, which does not make sense. We have to give it to the valet.

The matres are used to the furthest degree. The voices of the guests are fully audible in the morning. Noise in the corridors The sink in the bathroom needs cleaning. It was the worst night of my life

It’s located at a very nice place. I really like that street, it’s our 2nd visit after 6 yrs. staff was very responsive. Many restaurants and super markets near by . Not a bad option for the money u pay.

I am sorry, but they really need to change the type of air freshener 😀, it really doesn’t smell good. And they should also add King sized beds in their options.

Fantastic!

We had an exceptional week long stay at Centro Capital Centre! From the moment we walked in, there was a feeling of 'home'. Thank you to the staff for going up and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. Especially: Dolma, Asif, Aid, Kaushini, Sharooz, Amir, Bipi.

The pool wasn't covered so during the day, it was too bright and hot to swim.

Comfortable hotel walking distance to ADNEC

Room and bedding were comfortable. Walking distance location to ADNEC is awesome.

The glass partition for the toilet/shower room. Not offering enough privacy. Did not like the small parking too, very hard to find a spot

My stay was not good this time

the room was fine

I requested to clean my room in the mooring around 9.30 am by phone, then I left the room going to the hospital. I came back on 5 pm. I disappointed that they did not clean my room as I requested. When I asked about that they said the staff did not have time to clean my room, later they said he forgot to clean my room. He forgot his work, that is his problem. it is not my problem. Cleaning service is already payable with the room booking fees. Will the hotel will give me back the amount of not cleaning which I already paid which I paid for the sayings? They said sorry, but the sorry will not fix the problem. They offred to clean my room immediately, but I refused because I was completely tired because the treatments' session which I have taken in the hospital, and I was sleepy because of the medication which the doctor gave me.

Hotel's room was really fantastic, Neat & Clear. the problem i found on tv most of the channel was Arabic. Should be a variety of languages. Car parking is available all the time. And the overall environment was great.

Staff and i would like to thank the Egyptian female she was so helpful and patient. anything i asked her, she do it for me as goodwill and tray to have my satisfaction not only me she do the same with other people before my turn come Unfortunately, i can't remember her name, but she was in the morning shift on that day .
