Great location for the Yas Marina GP circuit

We stayed during Grand Prix week so it was pricey, but the location was excellent for accessing the track. The pool was open and is mainly in the sun. The door staff were excellent and reception staff were very approachable and attentive. Access to the Marina hotel opposite and also the Crown Plaza hotel adjacent.

Despite it being Grand Prix week the only service offered was breakfast. Bar service and restaurant was offered at the Marina Hotel across the car drop-off area. The pool at the Yas Plaza Circuit hotel was rather soulless but we had access to the pool at the Marina Hotel opposite which also offered a pool bar.

Yas Plaza is is a spot where is a few other hotels and this one fits best my purposes. Pool is good and gym near and spacy.

Comfortable and welcoming place to be in

I loved the entire stay . Special appreciation to Mr Hammad at the reception greeted us well and made our stay very comfortable by providing all services possible. Rooms were nice and clean in a good location

I would suggest to manage the sliding glass door of washroom for a proper privacy as there is a gap despite sliding lock Also morning breakfast time there was a rush , so felt a need to finish the food faster as we could see people standing beside us waiting for seats. So we couldn’t enjoy the cuisines properly May be more seats can be allocated. These are few suggestions. But our stay was good

Great facilities , location and service , definitely recommend and will return

Modern , great facilities , breakfast , dinner , and room service all utilised and excellent . Room facilities of a height standard , comfy beds , great shower .

Understandably due to the location and the racetrack preparing for the F1, polite notes left in the room explaining there would be additional noise between 8 am and 6 pm , however there was drilling noises all night .

Great Stay

The complete experience was beautiful, this starts from the staff, Mr. Nauman at the reception Desk to Ms. Snow and the entire team was so polite friendly and i wish the team all success. The food and Team at the breakfast venue was so hospitable as well as the rooms were excellent

More water in rooms is the only recommendation i Have , that is also to inform they have bottles but that is for te sake of a comment not a remark

Big negative was tye window didn’t have a sound proofing so you could hear airplanes all day and in night if your a light sleep that could be a problem .

Nothing just the location

The room was not clean and smelled very bad. We saw a cockroach and sent a picture to the manager. The service was very poor we had to change rooms twice because of the dust.

Value for money with a touch of bad timing on repairs

Clean and proper. Convenient location. Very friendly staff.

Ongoing super noisy repairs. Drilling and banging sounds on both days we stayed during the day specially in morning hours when you’re still in bed.

Nice for a short stay in Yas Island

Room was very clean. Bed is comfortable but a bit soft (for my liking). Breakfast was nice and staff at the breakfast was friendly and approachable. Good location as I was attending an event in Etihad arena

Pool is very average. Room was small. Pool view room was mainly construction view

Average experience..

Great location, the main parts of the hotel feel like they’ve been refreshed recently which is nice.

I felt the price is high for a tiny room that is quite dated. The hallways on the floors could also do with a refresh. Only 1 glass in the room which is strange when 2 of us in the reservation. I’d also asked them if possible for an upgrade as it’s my birthday, they said no but that they would put a complimentary slice of cake in my room, which they did not. While the check in staff member was in training his communication could have been better as he spent a long time on the phone about our room without explaining what was happening. We barely spent any time in the room as we were going to a concert at Etihad arena so it served the purpose, but I don’t think we will book again. I stayed previously about 5 years ago and had a much better experience than this time.

Pleasant but they should remove the advertising picture on booking.com

We arrived to centro yas island and the rooms were not worth what we were paying. When advertised it said and showed a sea view in the pictures and it mentioned it has stunning views. When we arrived we were told there isn’t a sea view from the hotel you can only see a building in front of you and we were moved to a different hotel next door from the same chain. The room was much better quality but still a small sea view and we were moved to that room to enable us to see a small part of the sea in between the buildings.

We were supposed to stay for 6 noghts only, but since everything was just perfect we extended for 1 more night. The location, the free shuttle rides to and from the 4 major attractions in Yas island. And the walkable distance to basically the whole island. The staff’s were all very accomodating. And the room service was very respectfull and trust worthy. Thanks again Centro Yas Island Rotana.

It would be great if there was a lady roomm service to make up our room. My wife was not so comfortable having cleaning guys. But all is good.

Wish I knew they were renovating

Location is great

They were renovating so the lobby and all restaurants was closed. Strong smell of paint Entrance was closed and had to walk passed the pool where tiles are very slippery near fell every time we walked the route

Location is great, the pool was not bad

At check-in the machine that activates the room cards was not working and I had to wait. I found hair in the room, they need to do better on vacuum, though the bed sheets where clean.

Great Customer Service.

I like how the staff assist me all through out my stay. This guy in the front desk name Achraf if I'm not mistaken gives excellent customer service. He is very approachable and accommodating. My buffet breakfast was really good, overall it's superb for me.

Only one thing I don't like my room don't have bath tub. and that's what I am looking first when I'm stay in the hotel.
