A very bad experience. I do not recommend this hotel at all, especially for important occasions like weddings.

What didn’t you like about the property? We booked a wedding hall and a first-class wedding service, yet the experience was extremely disappointing. The bride was not given enough time to check out, and the service was very poor. We were embarrassed in front of our guests due to the bad organization and unprofessional behavior. The bride was not given any extra time in the room despite the fact that she was a bride. Instead, she was disturbed with repeated phone calls asking her to leave the room. We paid for two nights for three rooms with a total of 9,000 AED, yet we did not receive even the minimum level of respectful treatment or proper service. I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Shaimaa for her warm welcome and kind treatment. She truly tried her best to help us by arranging extra hours for the rooms. Thank you, Shaimaa, and I wish you all the best and every success.

Comfortable yet basic

The staff were very kind, especially the receptionists "Hanecel" and "Amy". They were very supportive, flexible, and helped me resolve an issue related to my reservation. Amy even offered a nice room. I also appreciate the assistance provided by the room-service attendant.

The room felt a bit smaller than expected, and the breakfast selection was limited. I believe there is room for improvement, especially considering the hotel’s rating and the price paid.

Location-wise the hotel was excellent. The staff were helpful.

Rooms probably not for proper families. Reception is very slow to revert to issues. We had problem with the air conditioning and it took a whole day to fix that. We were given another room (an upgrade) but while the room was bigger we (family of four) were given two single twin beds. Families might not be their bread and butter as guests because it totally looked like a corporate hotel catered to "esteemed guests".

It’s located not far from grand mosque in central district. The breakfast was decent enough. Decent enough parking at basement

There is a club at ground floor. Which produced so much noise on weekend that we could hear on 3rd floor Moreover the cleanliness leaves a lot to desire, the dust on trays where tea and kettle were was an obvious proof of that. Staff needs training. Reception staff are young and immature, cannot communicate well. At check in there was a Que of guests and not enough staff. Although enough desks were there. We booked for 4 nights and for some reason only known to staff they activated our keys for one day only. Next day card won’t work at parking and then you reach room and it fails again. They serve alcohol and call themselves halal restaurant. I don’t think I will be staying here again.

Great place . Really enjoyed the location. Nice and quiet after a hectic busy time in Dubai . Pool, sauna and gym are great . Steak restaurant down stairs is good. There are also some great restaurants within 15 min walk. ( Vietnamese place is amazing )There's a good convenience shop next door as well. Staff were really friendly and professional. Paid for a half day late check out as we had a 10pm flight which was really nice . Breakfast was good , a really professionally run hotel . Thankyou

During our recent stay at Novotel Al Bustan in Abu Dhabi, our experience was unfortunately disappointing. We checked in around 2:50 pm and immediately noticed that the room was not properly cleaned, with tissues on the floor which we had to dispose of ourselves. We had traveled for 3 hours from Ras Al Khaimah to get there, and the frustration began when we discovered that the toilet flush wasn't working. We called the reception three times, requesting assistance or another room, but despite waiting for over 45 minutes, no one came to address our concerns. Even our luggage wasn't delivered to our room, and we had to call for it separately. After a 40-minute wait, they finally assigned us another room, but upon entering, we were informed that it was a non-smoking room, despite the strong smell of smoke lingering. Additionally, there were noticeable burn marks on the table. The overall cleanliness of the room was subpar, with noticeable dust. Feeling tired and frustrated, we decided that our concerns were unlikely to be resolved promptly, so we left the hotel. Later, at 6:45 pm, we requested towels, which took two calls, spaced 15 minutes apart, before they were eventually delivered 40 minutes later.
