A perfect stay

I would like to emphasize the kindness and hospitality of all the employees at the reception, in the restaurant, as well as the cleaners. The room is like a studio, it has everything you need, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, even a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The insulation is excellent, you can't hear anything from outside.A bed is very comfortable. The lighting is perfect. The breakfast is varied. I think it deserves a higher rating than 10.

Fantastic facilities and exceptional value for money with very good front desk staff

The room was exceptional, the restaurant, underground parking and services were excellent. The front desk staff were especially helpful and went the extra mile for me.

The kitchenette in my room lacked some equipment to make it complete.

Great for a 3 day stay

Spacious and clean room and had most of the amenities of a studio (no pots or pans if you plan to cook - some plates but needed to request a bowl for cereal). The location is great if you are attending ADNEC but still central enough to get to other parts of the city (cost about 30 AED for a taxi to Galleria Mall). The staff were really great when you requested items to your room (a requested a blanket). There are a couple of restaurants very close by if you don't feel like going far for dinner in the evening. It was perfect for a 3 night stay for me durng Christmas visiting friends. Be aware there are no TV channels so you will need to pair up your device to the TV to stream movies (the only channel I found was a news channel in Spanish). I would definately consider staying here again because I was quite comfortable.

Great staff, always ready to help. Good breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Conveniently located a few steps across the Exhibition Center, with plenty of taxis circling around. Comfortable room, nicely lit and ventilated.

BAD!

During my stay, I experienced several issues that I believe should be addressed: The electricity went off three separate times, which was very disruptive. Check-in was delayed by more than 30 minutes, even though I arrived relatively late in the afternoon (around 4 pm). Housekeeping did not clean the room on the third day of my stay. The hotel manager was unavailable for three consecutive days, and although multiple staff members claimed to be acting in that role, none of them resolved my concerns. Overall, these issues affected my experience, and I hope the hotel can take steps to improve service consistency and guest support.

A nice stay for a night.

It was a very nice studio room with all necessary facilities for a one night stay. It is a good location for work stay as it is ideally located on the main road with easy access to ADNEC.

They did not have a restaurant at the property. Also probably not the ideal choice if someone is looking for a nice cozy stay for relaxation and leisure as the hotel doesn’t have a lot of Amenities.

Everything was awesome i really enjoyed the services, Mr. Ruwan was really helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Capital Center Arjaan in AbuDabi, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional cleanliness and outstanding service throughout my stay. All the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. I would especially like to recognize Ms. Rafaja for her kindness and professionalism—she was always helpful and respectful. I would also like to commend Mr. Omar, the lifeguard, for his attentive and courteous presence by the pool. A special mention also goes to Ms. Nicole at the Body and Health Club Center. Her friendly attitude and helpfulness truly enhanced the overall wellness experience during my stay. Additionally, the breakfast experience was excellent. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, and the breakfast staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Thank you to everyone at Capital Center Arjaan for maintaining such high standards. I look forward to visiting again in the future. Best regards,

Good thing u can connect ur phone to the tv otherwise nothing to watch and bad signal quality

It was a stay exceptional enough that’d definitely have us visit again!

Their service and the staff’s treatment & professionalism was exceptional. The room, its facilities and everything was nice.

The only little complaint I have is the TV. It’s great they have a smart tv but we can only connect it to Netflix and Youtube. I wish we were able to upload other streaming apps since it’s a smart tv but that option isn’t available unfortunately. Either a fully smart TV or a a TV with regular local channels would’ve been better.

Bad service

I received a room with broken dor lock chain. When i asked the receptionist to change the room, he reduced the value of my concerns by convincing me that no one would enter the room trying to run out of problems. When I insisted, he said he would send the maintenance team to fix the door, but since it was midnight, I declined due to the disturbance it would cause to the other guests and the longer time it would take to fix the door lock. Also, the room had an unpleasant smell. I asked him to change the room, and he told me there were no available rooms at the moment. After a long argument, he finally mentioned that there was a room with a large bed where he would transfer us, and in the morning, he would provide an alternative room. However, I wasn't informed about the alternative room until the night of checking out.
