Premium category is very modern and clean .. You have everything in one place .. Very nice vibe .. Shopping, Pharmacy, Supermarket , Bookshop, Gym and much more .. I have got upgraded room

A lovely hotel on a quaint little street, away from all traffic. Really friendly staff, great sized apartment, 25m swimming pool and a great gym.

No need to wrap the towels in the gym in cling film, such a waste of plastic.

Wonderful resort in Abu Dhabi

I didnt know about Al Seef area before. It was a surprising discovery! The resort is simply amazing. It has several restaurants, a nice pool, a mall, a gym, a spa! The staff is fabulous. So friendly, welcoming and helpful. We got a room upgrade which was nice. The room was super comfy and clean and of good size. The resort is made of villas with rooms inside. Its really nice. There is an Owl cafe where you can see real owls. They are so beautiful. Great experience overall. Highly recommended for a Staycation in Abu Dhabi or for visitors to stay. It is nicely located between Abu Dhabi City, the airport and Yas Island!

The resort is dry. So if you wanna enjoy a glass of wine with your dinner, or a beer in the pool, you cant. But they have nice Kambushas and smoothies for the pool.

Amazing, hotel, staff and facilities.

Andalusia Al Seef was perfect… I visit Abu Dhabi twice a year and have stayed in different places each time. This is the first hotel that I have rebooked. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the facilities are amazing and the locations is great.

Not a pleasant experience, I would avoid this resort in future

Some good facilities, like the gym was nice, and also some of the restaurants had good food.

The room was far from the reception and trying to call reception was not possible because the phone did not work, so if i needed anything, I had to go to reception to get it done. The cleaners were clumsy, always forgetting to to do things in the room, for example they would take away the used had towels but will not put replacements. The room did not have enough light, similarly in the bathroom the mirror was too dark, couldn't shave properly because I couldn't see well in the dark mirror.

I was surprised by the behavior of the manager, whose name is Tarek. The payment was made three days ago, and my ID was provided. Then he told me to cancel the reservation and leave the hotel, pointing his finger at me and saying that I had no right to enter. You can check the security camera footage. Also, his colleagues took him into the office to calm the situation down. I am truly shocked by what happened to me, and this will be the last time I stay at these serviced apartments.

Overall, a great experience the hotel has amazing staff.

This resort-style property is top-notch. The free valet parking is handled by an amazing team—friendly, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile. They bring your bags to your room in a golf cart, take care of everything, and even check in later to see if you need anything. The resort itself has two huge pools, a great fitness center, and several restaurants. There’s also a mall attached to the property with a large supermarket, which is super convenient. We stayed in a three-bedroom family suite that came with a washer-dryer combo, and it worked perfectly. Everything about our stay was smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this place for families or business travelers. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely be recommending it to friends and family—and coming back myself.

Complaint Regarding Room Assignment and Pool Maintenance

I am writing to express my disappointment concerning several issues I encountered during my recent stay at hotel. At the time of booking, I specifically requested a room facing the pool. I was informed this request would be provided, subject to availability, which I accepted. However, upon check-in, I was assigned a room on an upper floor and later discovered that only two-bedroom units have direct pool access, while three-bedroom units are located on higher floors without such access. This important detail was not disclosed during the reservation process. It is misleading to confirm a request as “subject to availability” without clearly communicating such structural limitations in advance. Furthermore, upon entering the room, I found that the pool was under maintenance—a fact that was neither communicated at the time of booking nor at check-in. Compounding the issue, construction noise from drilling and repair work began early the next morning, significantly disturbing the peace and affecting the overall quality of my stay. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and disruptive maintenance work reflect an unsatisfactory level of service and professionalism. I chose Al Seef Hotel based on its promise of a peaceful environment and pool access, neither of which were delivered.

Amazing Spa and a great service from Fatima at the reception

I loved the reception staff especially Fatima she was awesome .She gave my son Karkade the hibiscus tea drink as my kid loved it .Fatima was very friendly Also I loved the 30% discount on the Andalus Spa .Tikki the masseuse was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed my massages two times during my stay .Recommend the Spa Loved the location very close to Louvre and the National Aquarium Abudhabi Sanderson the restaurant on the premises next door to our bedroom block was amazing .Had great and friendly staff and good food good ambience .

I did not like the way my one bedroom was laid out; it was a weird layout and not cosy and homely at all . It was on 2nd floor which was alright but after we opened the door to the room there was yet another set of stairs that led to one bedroom on the left and the lounge and kitchen on the right of the stairs . The staircase inside was not well lit when we arrived . The terrace was not shaded and had no purpose especially in the summer heat I could not use it at all. also it was not easy to get buggy service or get house keeping .there was no in room dining or buffet service . Kitchen cabinet did not have a lot of things like small cutlery. There was a small cockroach in our lounge. Upon checking in the first night there was leaks in the toilette and water used to collect on floor so had to ask the house keeping to come and check and replace the water pipe as it had a leak which made the floor wet .Luckily it was replaced the next day . I had already booked the place for 7 nights . The terrace door did not have a curtain for night and the bedroom door that led to terrace the lock did not work so that worried me at night . lots of movement in terms of furniture on the floor beneath and foul smell in the corridors

Great hotel and resort rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly. The resort village has some coffee shops, restaurants and some stores. A small mall with supermarket is next to the resort and u can access it. The resort is very family friendly.
