Wonderful resort in Abu Dhabi

I didnt know about Al Seef area before. It was a surprising discovery! The resort is simply amazing. It has several restaurants, a nice pool, a mall, a gym, a spa! The staff is fabulous. So friendly, welcoming and helpful. We got a room upgrade which was nice. The room was super comfy and clean and of good size. The resort is made of villas with rooms inside. Its really nice. There is an Owl cafe where you can see real owls. They are so beautiful. Great experience overall. Highly recommended for a Staycation in Abu Dhabi or for visitors to stay. It is nicely located between Abu Dhabi City, the airport and Yas Island!

The resort is dry. So if you wanna enjoy a glass of wine with your dinner, or a beer in the pool, you cant. But they have nice Kambushas and smoothies for the pool.

Not a pleasant experience, I would avoid this resort in future

Some good facilities, like the gym was nice, and also some of the restaurants had good food.

The room was far from the reception and trying to call reception was not possible because the phone did not work, so if i needed anything, I had to go to reception to get it done. The cleaners were clumsy, always forgetting to to do things in the room, for example they would take away the used had towels but will not put replacements. The room did not have enough light, similarly in the bathroom the mirror was too dark, couldn't shave properly because I couldn't see well in the dark mirror.

I was surprised by the behavior of the manager, whose name is Tarek. The payment was made three days ago, and my ID was provided. Then he told me to cancel the reservation and leave the hotel, pointing his finger at me and saying that I had no right to enter. You can check the security camera footage. Also, his colleagues took him into the office to calm the situation down. I am truly shocked by what happened to me, and this will be the last time I stay at these serviced apartments.

Overall, a great experience the hotel has amazing staff.

This resort-style property is top-notch. The free valet parking is handled by an amazing team—friendly, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile. They bring your bags to your room in a golf cart, take care of everything, and even check in later to see if you need anything. The resort itself has two huge pools, a great fitness center, and several restaurants. There’s also a mall attached to the property with a large supermarket, which is super convenient. We stayed in a three-bedroom family suite that came with a washer-dryer combo, and it worked perfectly. Everything about our stay was smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this place for families or business travelers. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely be recommending it to friends and family—and coming back myself.

Complaint Regarding Room Assignment and Pool Maintenance

I am writing to express my disappointment concerning several issues I encountered during my recent stay at hotel. At the time of booking, I specifically requested a room facing the pool. I was informed this request would be provided, subject to availability, which I accepted. However, upon check-in, I was assigned a room on an upper floor and later discovered that only two-bedroom units have direct pool access, while three-bedroom units are located on higher floors without such access. This important detail was not disclosed during the reservation process. It is misleading to confirm a request as “subject to availability” without clearly communicating such structural limitations in advance. Furthermore, upon entering the room, I found that the pool was under maintenance—a fact that was neither communicated at the time of booking nor at check-in. Compounding the issue, construction noise from drilling and repair work began early the next morning, significantly disturbing the peace and affecting the overall quality of my stay. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and disruptive maintenance work reflect an unsatisfactory level of service and professionalism. I chose Al Seef Hotel based on its promise of a peaceful environment and pool access, neither of which were delivered.

Amazing Spa and a great service from Fatima at the reception

I loved the reception staff especially Fatima she was awesome .She gave my son Karkade the hibiscus tea drink as my kid loved it .Fatima was very friendly Also I loved the 30% discount on the Andalus Spa .Tikki the masseuse was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed my massages two times during my stay .Recommend the Spa Loved the location very close to Louvre and the National Aquarium Abudhabi Sanderson the restaurant on the premises next door to our bedroom block was amazing .Had great and friendly staff and good food good ambience .

I did not like the way my one bedroom was laid out; it was a weird layout and not cosy and homely at all . It was on 2nd floor which was alright but after we opened the door to the room there was yet another set of stairs that led to one bedroom on the left and the lounge and kitchen on the right of the stairs . The staircase inside was not well lit when we arrived . The terrace was not shaded and had no purpose especially in the summer heat I could not use it at all. also it was not easy to get buggy service or get house keeping .there was no in room dining or buffet service . Kitchen cabinet did not have a lot of things like small cutlery. There was a small cockroach in our lounge. Upon checking in the first night there was leaks in the toilette and water used to collect on floor so had to ask the house keeping to come and check and replace the water pipe as it had a leak which made the floor wet .Luckily it was replaced the next day . I had already booked the place for 7 nights . The terrace door did not have a curtain for night and the bedroom door that led to terrace the lock did not work so that worried me at night . lots of movement in terms of furniture on the floor beneath and foul smell in the corridors

Below standard - would not recommend

The fact that I had to pay 200 aed deposit when I checked in, however was not mentioned at all when I made the booking. Was just announced when i checked in. I have no issue with the deposit but guests should be notified beforehand. Also, the deposit has still not been refunded to my card. The room needed maintenance. Fridge was not working, leaked all over the floor and o had to use all the bath towels to clean. Water heater was off when I got there which is fine to save electricity but I wanted to shower after the long day and 3 hours after switching on the heater, it was still luke warm.

Title: A Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities at Al Seef Resort I recently stayed at the Al Seef Resort in Abu Dhabi, and I must say it was a remarkable experience overall. The room we stayed in was spacious, offering ample room for both myself and my 9-year-old son. The queen-size bed was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked impeccably. The housekeeping staff made sure to maintain the room's cleanliness, making the bed daily and promptly replenishing amenities when needed. One of the most advantageous aspects of the resort was its proximity to our primary destination, the Jiu Jitsu competition, which was only 6km away. The convenience of reaching there via Uber, at a reasonable cost of around 35-40 AED (15-17 AUD), made our commute hassle-free. Moreover, the adjacency to the Al Seef Mall proved to be highly convenient, offering additional dining and shopping options. The resort's swimming pool was a definite highlight, especially considering the scorching weather. The availability of a heated pool was a pleasant surprise, and the provision of separate beach towels within the pool area was a thoughtful touch. The fully equipped gym at the resort, furnished with top-notch Italian TechnoGym equipment, was an absolute delight. It perfectly aligned with our purpose of being there for the Jiu Jitsu competition, allowing us to maintain our fitness routines effortlessly. While we didn't dine at any of the resort's restaurants due to their relatively high prices, the proximity to the Al Seef Mall provided us with various affordable dining options. I highly recommend the pizza place in the mall, where we relished the delicious chicken Biryani and pizzas at pocket-friendly prices. Additionally, the resort houses the fascinating Boomah Cafe, a unique spot featuring a room with live Owls for a fee. It was an extraordinary experience to be in the presence of these beautiful birds.

While my stay at the Al Seef Resort in Abu Dhabi was largely positive, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved to enhance the overall experience. The first concern was regarding the bathroom setup. The shower being within a tub presented an issue as water tended to leak out onto the bathroom floor, causing inconvenience during and after each shower. This design flaw made the bathroom experience less pleasant than expected. The absence of an in-house laundry facility at the resort was another downside. The only laundry service available was located at the Al Seef Mall, and the turnaround time for a wash stretched up to 2-3 days. It would be highly beneficial if the resort could consider investing in a coin-operated laundry area on-site. This would not only provide a more convenient and quicker laundry solution for guests but also enhance the overall guest experience.
