Disappointing

The room was spacious, yet the bathroom was rather disappointing, with a primitive bathtub that was so uncomfortable to take bath in.

The outside pool was cold, so useless. The indoor one was crowded most of the time. It was not comparable to the one in Therma Vitae. The outside jacuzzi does not work properly.

A great place to stay

Everything was really great, the staff was always incredibly helpful. The view from the top is really amazing, you get to see most of the villages. You also have some other villages nearby if you are looking to make small trips there. We had an amazing stay.

One thing I did not like (although it does not have anything to do with the hotel itself) was the price. The reason I say this is because we did not use the swimming pool, despite it being part of the price. We normally use the hotel as a place which is closer than our actual homes. What I would recommend would be to have a lower price with the option of including the swimming pool for the saltabdard price we had. Again, that is our issue since we had the option of using it but didn't. This is a great place to go to. :)

The cleanliness of the 2 outdoor Hot Tups. That the Hotel actually allowed people to the pools which where not guests.

The pools were lovely. Kids area was very nicely located in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was delicious 😊

The bathroom was very basic and not as much convenient. Breakfast was good, but all the same during our 3-days stay

Food

Our room was a half of a double room, so we were separated from the guest in the other room by an inside door so we could hear everything and everyone. We basically had zero privacy in what was supposed to be a romantic getaway. The hotel was under construction and they started working from 8:00am till late afternoon. We couldn't get any rest and privacy at all. By far the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel in my life. Highly disappointed.
