Unique experience in the middle of nowhere

The feeling is amazing, very unique. Kind personnel and cool location. Good for taking some rest and have a unique experience

A good place to relax a good place to stay in with your partner or loved one. There is definitely a good spa there. The

I like that there was a lot of spa variety experiences, but what I didn’t like was that and the spa relaxation zone in the indoor Jacuzzi the floor wasn’t really comfortable to walk because it was very slippery and they need to work on putting some anti-slippery mats

I didn’t like the breakfast because the food was very basic and you don’t really have a lot of variety of foods and also as I mentioned before the floor was very slippery on the spa zone they could work a little bit more and cleaning the pools because there was some floating stuff in the Jacuzzi and the lighting in the rooms is a little bit low

Exceptional

The whole design of rooms and pools for the convenience and safety of kids, wonderful SPA facilities, refreshing sceneries around. Very quiet and relaxing, delicious food. Just like in a fairy tale.

We are very pleased with our holidays in this beautiful hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel is exceptional. We are delighted with the architecture of the hotel itself.

The best time to visit the hotel is in the summer after 15 June when the outdoor pool also works.

The restaurant is exceptional.

The worst thing is that the external pool was not working. The water in the big internal pool was cold for children and the children's pool was full of adults. They are letting people use just the SPA. This is an extremely bad practice. I am going there during the week for the sole purpose of not having to deal with a packed SPA and i have to because they are letting externals in. No Kids entertainment.

A fairy tale place for anyone interested in a different type of hotel

It is an incredible place, feels like a real castle with the small details all around the hotel - the restaurant with the knights, the ornaments in the hallway and everything is designed to make you feel like you are in a fairy tale. The room was clean, the staff was very helpful, the spa was excellent and what I really liked was the restaurant in the hotel - both the dinner we tried a la carte as well as the breakfast were exceptional.

The bathroom feels like it does not really belong to the same style as the rest of the interior. While everything is done in this special castle-like interior, the bathroom feels a bit plain. It is clean and with the heated floor very nice, it is just design wise does not fit.

It was cozy for us but not for those who have high expectations .

We really enjoyed out stay there. It was a relaxing 3-day trip and I’m still sure we made the right decision. We loved our room. It was big but at the same time cozy. The round bed was comfortable. We also liked the pool – until a bunch of noisy people invaded and ruined the relaxing moment. Also, the running water in the bathroom did indeed smell but that’s the point of leaving next to thermal springs. My skin and hair were perfect! Last the options on the restaurant were pretty good and tasty.

1.The massage service might have been cheaper than I use to pay in my country however that’s not an excuse for the experience me and my husband had. I’m pretty sure the guy who offered us the massage service just typed on YouTube “How to offer a massage” and then came to our appointment. We both chose to have a relaxing massage; however, it was not relaxing at all. I was feeling really uncomfortable all the time (don’t get me wrong, he did nothing inappropriate, it just was really bad), I was feeling pain in many spots and did not manage to relax for a minute. Also, the rest of the spa services were on the other side of the door and I had to listen to 3 couples laughing loud and watching videos on TikTok- not soundproof at all. 2. Another comment I have to make (but it did not bother me as much as the massage guy), is that water was running under the bathroom sink and under the bathtub after using them. As a result, you had to be careful for the next 1-1.30hour in order not to get your feet wet.

Delightful stay

This hotel offers everything my family desires - a sizable hotel room that makes you feel like royalty during your stay; a huge indoor pool complimented with a variety of comfy lounge beds, chairs and swings; outdoor pools, spas and steam room along with sauna. The hotel staff was pleasant and responsive to our questions. Special accommodations were made for the youngest member of our family. Beds were fixed daily and bath ropes replaced regularly. The food in the restaurant was amazing, service was prompt and refined. Looking forward to visiting this place again.

Everything. Loved the deco mainly. Beautiful. Comfy beds. Great varandar.Spa was good. Skin felt amazing after the spring water. Breakfast was lovely. Hope i have a reason to be in area again so i can go back.
