Great place to stay and have a good rest

Everything - this is not the first time we visit this hotel, been there in the winter and I can definitely say any time is good to go there. It is clean, also if you are with small kids it has different places (garden, kids' pool, playground) but it doesn't feel too crowded (meaning even without kids, you will not be disturbed and you can have a good rest).

If the SPA is very important for you - call 1st and check if all facilities are working. In our case the inner pool was under construction and some of the saunas were not open, but I think it was just for a few days

Good set up quite and perfect breakfast

Good set up very quote in June and during the week super quite. Pools are fine. A bit strange to open the pool facilities from 9 and finishing for 8PM when the water is mineral and hot. Spa place(the steam room ) not working on one day and the spa on another but all in all good value for money. Plenty of swimming done. Breakfast buffet tables were very good with good choice. The lake next door was very nice with coffee on the edge. Best restaurant in the area was Relax- just 5 minutes walk. Will visit again but in the winter and if the outdoor pools are going to be open.

The rooms and SPA were clean and the staff was also very friendly. The view from our balcony was great, we could see the mountains and the village below. There were many options at the breakfast buffet.

The bathroom smelled like toilet the whole time and the ventilation didn’t work. Dinner wasn’t great, we had two salads which were OK, but the flat bread, chicken strips and fried chicken hearts were all very chewy and had a taste of just “fried something”.

Super clean and well-maintained rooms and facilities. The whole experience was very accomodating and pleasant. The staff was polite, yet could have been friendlier.

No sound isolation whatsoever. The girls at the reception and some of the waiters could perhaps use a bonus to enable them to have a warmer, more human attitude

Very nice and friendly staff, the food was very good, and the massages were great.

The bathroom was too dim, the shower curtain too close to the shower, and the cleaning staff was inconsistent. Additionally the main pool was colder than advertised while the relax room was flat out cold.

I was missing a tea kettle and also a big mirror in the room, which would be part of the facilities to have when having 4 stars.

Very clean rooms, swimming pool and spa. Beautiful garden. Tasty food and very kind customer service. Spacious rooms. Nice and calm environment. Perfect for relax:)))
