A hotel with huge potential. Very comfortable rooms, good design, surrounded by the forest, right next to a river. Could be haven.
Staff are helpful but not professional, you feel like you’re in their kitchen. No office, so all inside discussions are made in the restaurant right next to your table. So while you are eating, you listen about problems or orders or cleaning or gossips.
Maybe with little training in hotel management the place could be really, really good.

Been going there for close to ten years now and returning every year or so. The mineral water is very pleasant and all pools function Restaurant has a renovated furniture. The food has always maintained its taste and quality.. The large rooms are also updated. The hosts very welcoming and kind.
The stray dogs who always find a way to get into the property and since I travel with my small dog it can be a bit stressful

Яденето добро ,стаята беше чиста ,имахме мин.вода за пиене и капсули за кафе от хотела,за което Благодарим.Сервитьора вечерта се стараеше и беше услужлив за всичко.
Персоналът си пиеше и пушеше точно срещу басейна,което е дразнещо .Дори не си избърсаха калта и прахта след дъжда около топилото с гореща вода което единствено се използва по всяко време.Не е приятно когато се храним персонал да си лежи на диванчето Изобщо малко разпусната работа.Градинката е страхотна ,но чемшира си иска поддръжка не беше хубаво да си гледаме паяците.. И за сина ми ,13 години малък скъсан халат.
