A rare gem hidden away in the beautiful Bulgarian nature.

This hotel is such a rare gem 💎 that we feel lucky and blessed to have had the opportunity to be there and experience the beautiful surroundings, enjoying the nature, listening to the river next to the hotel, and the mineral pools - everything was absolutely amazing 👏. The staff were so polite and friendly, smile was 24 hrs on their face, and the food was delicious and affordable!

We liked very much the location of the hotel in the valley, excellent air, no noise, easy to park a car. Very friendly staff, the atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxing and pleasant. We had a rather small economy room, but it was very good. Nice balcony! Clean! Very, very pleasant outdoor pools with mineral hot water. Nice restaurant with tasty food, esp. breakfast! Not a big choice, but everything very tasty!

We liked very much the location of the hotel in the valley, excellent air, but currently it’s disconnected from the centre, because all the bridges on the river are broken from the river flooding last year. Hotel Therma blocks very annoyingly the road to the hotel by car and even more annoyingly for pedestrians …. The access to the hotel is on a road out of the village, pedestrians can’t walk to the centre of the village. It’s not hotels fault, but being a guest of the hotel you get kind of blocked there or u have to have and to use a car all the time. All the hotels in the area have to resolve the problem asap!

A real gem! Price/quality amazing. The staff treats you like a close friend, the facilities were clean and comfortable. The restaurant is small but the food is very tasty. The spa area is also very good.

The hot pool

The mattress was really really soft and it folded in. Hot spring next door works 24 hours as well which meant a lot of noise from people partying until 2-3 in the morning. Bad sound insulation as a whole - would definetly recommend ear plugs ! The coffee at breakfast was really bad - opted to pay to have a better one made at the bar instead of the machine, but it was just as bad. The spa is really really small.

The property is renovated from an older place, but with very good taste. Very clean and tidy. There are three small mineral pools, which are open 24/7, even in the winter. The property is located right next to the river, and you can hear the gentle sound of the rumbling water. Very quiet and specially designed for families with children. The staff is very hospitable, with personal attitude towards guests (quite rare these days, actually).

Caring, polite helpful stuff. A cozy feeling as you are at home. Warm, spacious, comfortable and clean room.

The outdoor hot pot and the indoor jacuzzy could be 1 or 2°C warmer for this time of the year. The bed lights could be softer, or just one of them.
