not good, I am not sure if could stay again in this hotel

I’ve been in this hotel before and I really like the location. The rooms are well furnished and the bathroom is comfortable. The meals in the restaurant are very delicious! It was clean!

The room was really small and the balcony was only to show and look - no space for anything. There was no place for drying clothes. The bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning wasn’t working (they call me to tell me the previous day)

Not so pleasant

I liked the room we stayed in, the bed was big and comfy, it was warm and the view was wonderful. The breakfast was okay. .

Unfortunately I didn't like the spa center. The pool was okay but the sauna wasn't hot enough and there was no steam bath. Tha salt room was not really a salt room, just a wall with several bricks covered with salt. Also they didn't gave us spa robes. Last but not least, our room was right next to the hallway door and it was so noisy that when we were in our room, we felt like someone is entering our room.

Disappointing

The view around the hotel.

There isn't enough space in the double room. The maids only come by once and if you are in the room and it is not convenient for them to clean they just don't come back. For dinner time there isn't enought tables for all of the guests and you have to wait, also you have to wait for a long time to order drinks or for food. ( not enough staff) The food was greasy and mostly fried. The massage therapist does not take into account the force of the pressure during the massage, complains all the time that she is very busy and you have no chance to relax. One of the showers in the spa area is broken, the relax area is small and unpleasant because of mold. Bathrobes are paid separately. There were no shampoos, soap, hair dryer in the room.

The view.

The rooms are too small and without proper furniture, the swimming pool is too small for the number of the guest, and it was extremely dirty. The wait time in the restaurant for receiving your meal was 25 minutes, there was no option for payment with a card.

Poor identification - it's difficult to be sure you are at the right place when arriving. Extremely poor restaurant menu for the prices, when not all inclusive. No fridge and mini bar at the room. When kids around, there are in your room too.

in the bathroom the lamp was photocell, for 3 nights stay there is no cleaning a little bit far from the centre of Velingrad

Very good

The hotel is near to town centre but you should take a taxi, not expensive. The spa center and the pool was really good, quet and clean! The rooms were clean. The staff was polite.

The breakfast was very very poor. The staff doesn not speak English, except mr. Yorgi who was really kind and helpfull. The hotel does not accept credit card payment, only cash and Leva!! It was really hard to pay in Euro after 15minutes discussion with the no English speaking reception personel in the morning.
