Spotless, beautiful hotel

The room is exceptionally large and spotless clean. Nice interior, nice spa facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everywhere in the hotel was very warm.

The food in the restaurant was nice and delicious. However, there were no menu options for the included breakfast and dinner. There was no options for food allergies, for example. It would have been better to have vegetarian, gluten free etc versions.

Very clean room, pool and restaurant nice looking place at all.

Very clean and very well maintained place. I think it is very quiet and good looking hotel. Profesional service and nice staff. The pool was very clean, also there no any chlorine they use only filters and flow of healthy natural mineral water that was really great. The restorant in the hotel is fancy one with delicious hight quality home made specials . Me and my family really enjoy it. Sure we will visit that great place again but next time we will order bigger pack with all inclusive service.

Keep it clean please.

The room style was in a kind of a baroque style which was great. The view from the room, especially the sun set was very beautiful.

The room was anything but clean. There was this awful smell around the toilet and when I looked at the beach of the toilet seat there was mold that was having this smell. Also when we filled the jacuzzi with water and put the soap there was this dirt that came up on the top of the lather. This felt alful actually. The service wasn't great at dinner and breakfast as well.

Disappointing

A really big terrace, comfy bed, nice bathtub in the room.

Hanger for the shower was broken, food was very average. We’ve had issues with payments. At the time of checking-in, it was clearly stated that the hotel accepts payment with various type of bank cards, however that was not the truth. The receptionist asked us to pay with the cash as an answer to my request for card payment. At the end we managed to agree the fact that he will try to process bank payment through POS. Later on, we were declined to pay any other bill with POS.

Отлично обзаведени стаи, чисто, подредено, но липсваше подръжка на СПА услугите

Спокойствието, домашния уют, идеята за придаване на характер на всяка стая, а не просто номер и цялостното обзавеждане. Изхранването беше на много високо ниво, вкусно с отлично обслужване. Като цяло персоналът е старателен и отзивчив.

Не ми хареса това, че част малкото СПА удобства, които предлага хотела, реално не можахме да ги използваме. Не е редно да заплащаш за нещо, което или не се поддържа или трябва да чакаш за да стане използваемо. Визирам сауната, която се пуска само при поискване и са нужни часове докато достигне желаната температура. Резервирахме стая с Вана, заради ваната, на която и липсваше тапата и не и работят всички дюзи. Жената, която ни посрещна ни услужи с тапа, но тапата беше с по-малки размери и реално не можахме да я използваме рационално, понеже част от водата си изтичаше. Отделно още при настаняването ни оповестиха, че парната баня е развалена и няма кой да я оправи, понеже са празници. За да не звучат като абсолютен критик, радвах се, че капацитета на хотела е с малък на брой посетители и вътрешния басейн в един момент работеше персонално, спокойствието ми се отрази много добре.

Прекрасно място за пълен релакс! В хотела е чисто, уютно, обзаведено с вкус и с усмихнат и любезен персонал. Разположен е на тихо и спокойно място. Има всичко необходимо за една пълноценна почивка. Бихме посетители отново с голямо удоволствие :) Благодаря за всичко на Бутиков хотел Хевън!
