Great location and very homely
The main bed’s mattress was a little soft and springy (but that’s me being extra picky).

I liked the location, close to the town and beach. The mobile home had everything that you need to stay for a night or two.
I also like the key in the key-box, so you don't need to bother anyone when you come. And it's dog friendly!
I didn't get the code for the key-box, so I had to call the owner, he was nice, so all ended well. And the big bed had a very soft mattress.

The large caravan site was an unattractive location.
A cafetiere would be a useful addition.
