December stay

The food and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was simple but with enough choices and the restaurant offered some really delicious meals. Location was close to centrum but on a quiet street.The water in the indoor pool was warm (outdoor pool is not open at this time of the year). Room and the bathroom were spacious .

Hotel needs some renovation and I was totally not impressed by the indoor pool area. Pool is small -more the size of a bigger jacuzzi without the jets. The mattress of my bed was way soft and uncomfortable. Room was relatively clean if I dont count the spider webs by the windows.

The staff was amazing, very friendly and really respected the fact that we were with a three months old baby. The food in the restaurant was more than delicious.

Free street and dedicated parking space in front of the hotel

- Sheets were small for the bed. The mattress protector was visible and quite dirty. Not very pleasant experience. - The breakfast was basic at best

Superb

Everything was above my expectations! The staff was perfect, the spa zone was great fun for the children, the small pool was hot enough, we enjoyed the sauna and steam bath. The restaurant was open between 08.00 and 24.00 and offered good food at very reasonable prices! Will visit again!

Nice family hotel

Overall it very nice ,clean and updated with new furniture ,pool and comfortable beds

Shower head is leaking and needs replacing, the toilet tank was leaking and making noise , the elevator was not working and it was hard for my elderly parents to go up the stairs. The wifi was not reachable in the rooms. Breakfast was really bad with no choice it was just a cheese sandwich with Ham and no other options.

Закуската беше оскъдна. Местоположението лошо.

Джакузито беше в мазе и не работеше защото му били откраднали дюзите. Сауната едва вдигна 50 градуса. Хигиената в стаята не беше никак добра - имаше останали смачкани насекоми по стените. Няма гардероб и никакви закачалки. Външния басейн е детски и със студена вода. Нищо не отговаряше на качените в сайта снимки.

Тихо и спокойно

Персонала е приветлив, усмихнат и услужлив. През нощта е доста тихо и спокойно, наблизо няма какво да безпокои съня. На 10-15 минути от парка и 5 минути от центъра. Храната беше добре (закуска и обяд). Басейна не е огромен, но пък си има детска част подходяща за деца над 3 години, като дори забелязах машина да почиства басейна сутринта. Не е прекалено голям хотел и затова не е лудница.

Паркирането е малко проблемно, но може да се намери място наблизо. Имаше някаква остатъчна миризма от чистенето (на прах като след прахосмукачка), но проветряването и климатика помогнаха.

Много уютен хотел, близо до центъра. Персонала беше усмихнат и отзивчив. Храната беше вкусна. Спа центъра е малък, но приятен.

Терасата ни беше доста малка , липсват комарници на вратите. Банята има нужда от дребни ремонти.

Prima tussenstop op terugreis naar Sofia. Aardige dame aan de receptie. Leuke stadje.

Onderlakens liggen los op matras. Na 10 minuten lig je dus op het kale matras en dat voelt niet ‘fris’ . Andere hoeslakens met elastiek en probleem is verholpen.

מדפי ארונות שבורים, במקלחות ריח נורא של שתן. המזרונים מלוכלכים וישנים מאוד. המיטות לא היו מוצעות והסדינים סתם היו מונחים על המיטה. אחד המדפים השבורים נפל על אמא שלי (אשה בת 90) ובנס לא נפגעה. ערכות קפה (קומקומים וקפה) לא היו בחדרים, כמובטח. לא הספקנו לבדוק את שאר האפשרויות של המלון כי רצינו לבטל את השהות מאחר והוא לא מתאים לשהייה של בני אדם, נאמר לנו שלא ניתן אלא דרך המשרדים של בוקינג. היינו שם כחצי שעה עד 45 דקות וברחנו מהמקום הזה. בוקינג עצמה גם לא ענתה לנו. פשוט להתרחק מהמקום הזה.

Стандартен малък хотел. Става за 1-2 нощувки. Тихо е.

Закуската е стандартна. Доста бедна, без разнообразие. Яйца, колбаси, кашкавал, сирене. Мляко с мюсли. И един вид кифлички. Няма да останеш гладен, но и не е нещо особенно. Хубавото кафе се плаща.

За да пуснат парната баня трябва да кажеш. И двата пъти при казване не я бяха пуснали както трябва, понеже вътре беше студено. Управителя ни съдейства и е пусна първият ден, на вторият при положение, че казахме да е пуснат - беше студена. Басейнат е 2х3 метра, като голямо джакузи.
