Fabulous stay in a beautiful historical town

We liked the the facilities-thermal bath pool, jacuzzi,sauna,steam room,gym and variety of massages.The beds were comfortable, there was a great choice of food for breakfast, including choices of coffee. The staff were polite and helpful. The herbal tea provided in the rooms was very tasty. However, there was not coffee supply in the rooms in specific.The hotel is located in about five minutes walking distance from the high street, local shops and restaurants.Also, there is a fountain with drinking mineral water which is a few minutes walk from the C Comfort hotel. Overall, we have had a great stay and we’d definitely go there again.

There was not anything we did not like. Just a suggestion for a coffee supply in the rooms.

A nice and affordable place suitable for a one or two-night stay; not recommended for a spa holiday.

The hotel is located far from the city center, and the area is very quiet. The lobby is nice, and in good weather, the garden would be a lovely place to drink your tea.

The pool pumps don’t work, and it’s not filtered. There is a lot of chlorine in the water - you can see a foam on the surface. Don’t go inside unless you want to catch something. The breakfast is poor, and there isn’t a restaurant in the hotel, so if you’d like to have lunch, you have to go somewhere else.

As in much of the Balkans, tourism has a lot to learn, but the people hired are usually nice.

The lady at the front desk was joyous and nice. The man who took her place in the evening was also pleasant and helpful. The spa was delightful. The mineral water of the area was perfectly used in an indoor pool that was great.

That the spa was not available at night was thoroughly disappointing, especially after a long road trip to get there; that the so-called hotel parking was off the grounds on a pile of dirt; that the balcony was open to the next hotel room guests, offering no privacy whatsoever; that the front of the hotel was torn up for repairs. Food was horrible, even though the employees did their best they could to please us. They put two beds together and they call it queen or king size, and the sheets are half the size of the bed!!! It is the guest that becomes his/her own room service. Tourism is not the Comfort Inn's forte. They are ok for emergency lodging. But I wouldn't call themselves COMFORT INN or COMFORT PALACE, please: it's word inflation!

The staff was lovely, the hotel was very clean and the room had lots of space. The location was ideal - right next to the Roman thermi and the center of the town. Close to lovely restaurants yet far enough to not hear the noise. The Spa area was wonderful, we absolutely loved the pool. There is plenty of space for the jacuzzi without people having to be too close to each other, which other hotels disregard as an option. The water was clean and always warm. The breakfast was filling and good, a bit of everything for everyone. The fact that they have 24/7 bar is perfect and despite not having a restaurant for the lunch and dinner, they offer a delivery and cutlery from a restaurant nearby, so there is nothing missing during your vacation.

The only thing we could have liked better is if the beds were slightly softer. Both me and my husband have issues with our backs and after relaxing in the water the beds undid a little bit of that feeling.

good stay, would return

location was really good, close to the train station and few steps from central attractions. personnel was very nice. spa was small but had everything needed, except the clock (I've seen comments before the stay and yes, its needed there). breakfast was plenty and finished items were replenished. the conveyor toaster was my absolute favorite! the overall feeling was pretty private and discreet. pool table and bar allowed for a nice evening while it rained, also the menu was available and food delivery was supported with cutlery and plates.

the bathroom was perhaps not well planned. big bathtub with relatively small water heater does not allow for nice long bath, but also is not convenient to be used without any handles to get in and out, had to put one of the towels in to get out safely. the rack for curtain and the curtain itself could have been made with a bit higher quality products. the tap could also use some refreshment, there were two - one not working - and not working flawlessly. also this type of bed frame doesn't work great for connecting two singles into a double, causing rift to fall into and bedsheet to get wrapped up from the mattress. and why the big gap under the door?

Nice place - good value for money

The location is excellent- very quiet place, next to a park and to the centre of the town. The staff is friendly, the room was big and spacious, with everything needed.

All was good. The pool and the spa center are not very big, so might become a bit overcrowded, if there are more guests in the hotel. The beds were a bit squeaky.

Definitely not deserving "wonderful" rating

The location is good

The maintenance of the hotel is quite poor, the key tokens are disintegrating so fixed with duck tape, the swimming pool has missing tiles and on the sides looks like has never been thoroughly cleaned. The curtain in the bedroom was half hanging and broken, so if you intend to sleep late - forget about it. For the few facilities it can barely be called wellness. The breakfast is extremely poor, at least not at the level expected against the current "wonderful" rating.

Superb

The hotel is nice, rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is great! The SPA zone is good enough for a small hotel. Girls at the reception are kind and helpful. Overall, we had very pleasant stay and would visit again C Comfort Hotel.

It was clean, but it would be cleaner. The sofa is not very comfortable to sleep on it (a top matress could improve it) . There are no handles for the towels in the bathroom. And closing the front door is very noisy (if someone next to your room is closing the door, it could wake you up).

One shared the wellness bath with babies in nappies. The staff is usually not very accommodating. The bed is made from time to time. The breakfast is mediocre.The bathtub did not work.

relaxing and nice

The stuff was very polite, positive and helpful. Good attitude and good service. The location is very good - close to sightseeings, park and pretty quite. Except th fact that near by there was a restaurant/bar or something with very laud music until late at night. But this wasn't the hotel's fault. Very nice and quite garden to rest and sunbaths. I do recommend for sure.

Very nice and quite spa hotel.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the center of Hisarya , and about half hour from Balkan national park and mountains. Good location , very good breakfast

The shower at the bathroom was without barrier to keep water getting out to the bathroom floor .No place to hang the towels
