Хотелът е на прекрасно място в центъра на града. Посрещна ни дама , която се опита да ни убеди, че сме резервирали единична стая с едно легло , но след кратък разговор , че е през боокинг и там пише какво , ни даде стая която се води на 2 етаж а реално на 3 или 4 според тълкуването , без работещ асансьор , което за моето здравословно състояние е проблем. Прозорецът нямаше комарник - отваряш и се пълни с пеперуди и други гадинки. Климатика ( филтъра ) сигурно не е почистван от както е станал климатик . Има и други неща , за което мисля , че собствениците нямат вина , предоверили са се на персонала.

Всичко беше на много добро ниво. Локацията е в топ центъра на града. Персонала гъвкав и отзивчив.
