The hotel has everything needed - nice rooms, middle-sized SPA, comfy breakfast space, an elevator, and the location is great.

I was literally pissed off to see that the reception price was lower than what Booking offered to me (and it was a discounted price even!). Besides, breakfast in the hotel is boring with low variety, there are no hangers in the bathroom for the towels, neither a way to dry out your bathrobe after using the pool.

A very good hotel with a mineral pool and very delicious food!

The hotel is located close to the sights in the old part of the city and to the mineral fountains. The breakfast was delicious and coffee was very good. The restaurant menu for lunch and dinner was very varied and the food was extremely tasty. Towels were changed and rooms were cleaned daily. The SPA center was clean and well maintained. The staff was polite. The mineral water in the pool was 34 degrees and in the jacuzzi 46 degrees. The mineral water is healing for bone and joint problems and my wife felt relief from old pains already on the 2nd day.

Breakfast was the same every day, but delicious.

Good hotel in a central area, close to the Roman ruins. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the spa very much. Very helpful staff.

Very slippery floors in the spa, me and my young soon slipped several times. Something should be done about this. The couch in the room was not really functional.

Cultural few days in Hisarya

Hotel was very easy to find and was in a great location to explore Hisarya. Room was clean and tidy, and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was regular continental style, which was fine with us. Highlight was the spa facilities, which were included in the room fee and never too busy. The massages we booked with Lazarina were marvellous, and great value, definitely to be recommended. Staff were all polite, professional and helpful.

The in room facilities needed a bit of TLC. The air con was temperamental, the bathroom was very dark and the sink tap was very stiff (needed a good service), the shower leaked on the floor (and not in a wet room way) and the internet TV box had to be replaced - which to their credit was done in 10 mins. As a 4 star hotel in 2023 we would have expected a kettle, cups and tea/coffee, especially considering the cost of the 3 day stay.

it was not worth the money, because you are going to spa hotel for its facilities

the room was ok; the restaurant and the food were really good.

the spa facilities were not as described in the information for the hotel. there was no hammam, the steam room was not working; there were not available slots for massage. so from the spa there were only a few items working. not too warm water into the big pool and small sauna for the whole hotel.

Short but memorable city break

This is fairly new hotel, around 15 yo. We have chosen it based on reviews on the web. I have visited Hisarya several times and we always loved it. The welcome experience was very pleasant and smooth. There is convenient parking in front of the hotel as well. The hotel offers very high class restaurant and bar facilities. We have dined there 3 nights and had breakfast 3 mornings. The service is very attentive and the team is very knowledgeable. The restaurant offers extensive menus including Chef's special seasonal menu. We have tried various dishes throughout the stay and the quality remained at a very good level. The wine list is dominated by Bulgarian wines but international entries can also be found. There is an outdoor terrace suitable for pre-dinner drinks and cocktails. The breakfast buffet is convenient and I recommend an early start as it is fully self-serviced and it can get crowded quickly. The choice of options is sufficient and of a good quality. We received service from various waiters but we were impressed by Pavlina Avramova. The rooms are very spacious and offer minibar, good size TV, large bathroom with bouble-bath King size bed and a small balcony overlooking the town church. The room vas quite at night and offered a comfortable night sleep. The relaxation centre is compact but pleasant offering steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and a small size swimming pool. The spa is also kids friendly and can get noisy at times. The spa offers mineral water from a local spring reaching 46C. We were very impressed by our masseuse Lazarina who is an asset for the Hotel. We enjoyed 4 full massage sessions and they were great. Overal thus a very good 4 star hotel offering person centered and attentive service at a reasonable price. Thank you team we will be back

Great price for value! Great first impression!

We enjoyed our stay. Great price for value, great location, great spa although a bit small for the amount of people during weekends, great restaurant . Staff is kind but seems always tired and unsatisfied. Comfy beds, towels changed every day, staff react on every force major situation.

I have very small notes to mention here.
