Fantastic

The place is fantastic, quite cozy in fact. The breakfast was more than excellent. Overall I'd recommend this place to friends and family. Definitely worth the price.

The AC was not working which I addressed to the reception and they noted it to be fixed as soon as possible.

Nice place to stay

The best thing was that we were the only guests in the hotel at that moment, so the outside warm pool was just for us. It is clean, the stuff is net and polite. It has a good quiet location as it is a bit aside from the central part, but anyway, everything is close enough as Hisarya is not that big. It has a nice garden with a playground for the kids, which was a good plus to our stay. The only negative thing at the moment is that there is a big hotel under construction next to it, so it could be a bit noisy, unfortunately until it is built, not much that could be done. We strongly recommend the hotel and will visit it again.

Bad

Right after we checked in we discovered that our 180 lv per night room was full of stink bugs so we were forced to change the hotel as there is no one on the reception after 22:00. Long story short we paid for two nights because, as the owner told me, if we had paid for one night they were going to be forced to pay for the first night and we were in a hurry so we couldn't make a scandal. The second night they moved our room but still had some stink bugs in it. The food wasn't that good as well and the coffee cost us 3 lv which is just embarrassing.

The room and all the location are superior than a 3 star destination.

The pool was ok, very clean all the time. The breakfast was very good, with specific bulgarian pastry changed every day. They also included fruits and different cakes and pastries in the afternoon, free of charge. The staff was very polite and friendly.

The wifi was ok...we could use the internet on our phones. Unfortunately, we could not log in our laptops ....we could use only the hotel nearby net.

Clean and cozy

Having in mind it's a 3-star hotel, it exceeded my expectations. The room was very spaceous and clean. Comfortable bed and a big terrace. The bathroom was also very nice. The whole area around the hotel is quiet and relaxing. The hotel is small, so there are no noisy crowds at the pool and the common areas. The afternoon snack (fruits and sweets) was a nice surprise.

Breakfast could be better - both in terms of variety and quality.

nice location, quiet and green place to stay. very polite and welcoming staff! we enjoyed the spa facilities as we were alone in the spa area and it was great!:)

there are some small things which are minor- the shower mixer in the bath was broken and the water came out from two sides during taking a shower. the expresso coffee during the breakfast is paid!

A Great Escape from the Big City

The SPA facilities were great. Very nice and warm outdoor pool, comfortable beds in the room. R Delicious breakfast and friendly staff.

The jacuzzi was a little bit old.

Малък хотел с всичко необходимо за уютен уикенд

Хотелът е малък, но с просторни стати и възможност за паркинг в двора му или около него. СПА зоната включва - сауна; вътрешно джакузи; парна баня; кофа за студен душ. Огромен плюс е външният топъл басейн, в който останахме до късно вечер, но имайте предвид, че водата не е минерална. Закуската е на блок маса и определено препоръчвам да я добавите към престоя си. Като цяло останахме много доволни и бих препоръчал хотела на приятели.

В неделя (денят на напускане на всички) сауната и парната баня бяха спрени, въпреки че часът на напускане е 12:00.

Отношението на персонала, чистотата, камината, която създава много приятна атмосфера през целия ден. Приготвените на място кроасани са прекрасни. Закуската е добра, но бих искала да има кисело мляко и мюсли.

Бавната реакция при възникнал проблем. Водата започна да спира малко след 18,00 ч. в първия ден от престоя. Резервното захранване беше пуснато чак на сутринта. Нямаше осигурена никаква вода. Сауната не загрява добре.
