Classy hotel in central Hisar

I loved the atmosphere in the hotel. Also the little quirk of having pink towels for the ladies. The SPA was nice. The room was super clean.

Only one thing - the steam bath in the SPA seemed to not work.

The apartment was nice and roomy. It was clean and everything worked fine. Staff was nice too.

No elevator, good thing we were on the first floor as we were traveling with a baby.

Not a good value for money

clean, nice location, friendly housekeeping staff

The bathroom was in a bad shape, the shower head was cheap, spraying in all sides, a very noisy bathroom fan almost made us shower with the light off. No credit cards were accepted, which is unacceptable. Would not mind any of the above in a lower priced hotel, but we ended up paying 100 euro for the room per night which is a bit on the pricier side for the quality we received and overall too expensive for a 3 star hotel in that location. So overall not a good value for money.

Old furniture, nothing renewed. No elevator in the building - I was with a baby and needed to leave the baby stroller in the car each time we went out as the room was upstairs.

The hotel was well located and had good facilities.

There was no card machine for payments and we were not informed to have cash ready for payment in the booking. For such a big hotel - it is unacceptable to not be able to pay via debit or credit card.

Overall, nice experience

The staff was really nice and the restaurant had great food for diner.

However, the spa installations were quite small and basic, and the breakfast was okay.

Great restaurant beautiful rooms lovely spa in a great neighborhood

The spa is lovely, i had it to myself most of the time - the steam room wasnt always very hot - the house local wine is very good value and delicious - the have pod chair swings which no one apart from me seemed to use

Theres a tourist information office opposite which i didnt realise till i was leaving- there could be more leaflets available on local attractions and a map of the area

Clean hotel with a great location and very pleasant staff

Good location, parking was available. The hotel itself was clean and so were the rooms. staff was really friendly and helpful and very polite. Had the pleasure to deal with two people on reception and both were great! Food is what one should expect from a 3 star hotel. It was delicious, but don’t expect something fancy. I think this is the first 3 star hotel that impressed me with how well stocked the mini fridge/bar is!

The aroma within the whole building was too heavy. The perfumes they use were just too much and one can’t breathe when you enter the building and the rooms. I do feel for the people that have to work in such environment. the bathrooms are a bit outdated and need some love. There are no chairs on the balconies which defeats the purpose of having one, if you can’t sit down there and enjoy the largo.

Exceptional

Very clean and comfortable apartment! Great furniture and wall paintings. We loved the hot tub.

Reception payment with a card is not available, so I highly recommend this to be added to the service. It was very inconvenient for me to search an ATM and a bank.

Far too expensive for what it is: bad value for money.

The location is excellent.

The toilet in my room was strongly leaking. The staff is not really friendly and hardly speaks English. Breakfast is a disaster. Tablecloths outside stink cigarette s and are dirty. There is no pool in the hotel. People have to use a pool of another hotel and it is poor too. I would hardly give this hotel two stars, never mind three

jacuzi not working! restaurant not working! no cots for babies! durty and dusty rooms! they lock the hotel at night , can you imagine? very, very noisy when had a private party! air condition is not working properly- very noisy!

Excellent hotel, highly recommended!

Excellent hotel!!! Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Amazing breakfast, great location, I highly recommend this hotel! The bed was huge and very comfortable; we enjoyed our stay very much! Will be back when visiting Hisarya in the future for sure!
