A nice place to relax

A lobby bar with pool tables, games, a night club, stores, a restaurant, all in the hotel. Nice pools

A bit pricey, the 5th floor restaurant was kinda expensive but the food wasn't good at all

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and would like to vist again.

We liked that the hotel was very warn over all. It was cozy.

We didn’t like the service at breakfast. The waiters were a little rude and in a rush to take all the plates and cups even though we had one of each per person. The staff was kind over all and the breakfast options were good and delicious.

We left the hotel earlier although we had paid for one more night. I wouldn't recommend it for a spa

The room was ok. The breakfast was good too.

There were no shower gell and soap in the room and they cleaning lady was rude when we asked for some. The spa centers are small, old-fashioned and badly kept.

Four stars??? Disappointing.

Location

Dark room, no reading light, best light in the corridor! Rather run down furniture, overheated room, temperature control not functioning. Bathrobes and towels very worn and needing replacement. Spa very far from expectations. Inconvenient. The PT appliance because of which I booked this hotel wasn’t working. Fitness room well equipped but crowded, no place to use an exercise mat on the floor.

It is not worthy the 4 stars and the money spent

The swim pool had lanes.

The room felt like a bunker. The music from the night club was loud and couldn’t sleep until late. Poor breakfast and not well prepared food. Small restaurant. There weren’t any bicycles to rent, though listed as available. The staff excuse - the season had been over, and it was sunny and dry outside and people playing tennis.

Value for money choice

Great swimming pool (please bring your swimming cap!), hot bath jacuzzi, as well as kids pool.

The interior even in deluxe building is old and not maintained neatly. Breakfast is very basic- no porridge, no fresh juices, limited choice of fruits

Mediocre

Overall the combination of pros and cons of this hotel comes up to 3/5 for me. I won’t be uploading pictures of the rooms as there are plenty online. In terms of cleanliness well there was a cockroach in our bathroom. The hotel offers multiple services which didn’t work as expected. We had free Wi-Fi but upon connection nothing happened - no connection established, at least on the 3rd floor. We had a pretty modern TV in our room which was limited to about 20 channels, which lagged (this is a first for me). The TV’s weren’t logged to their Samsung accounts so we couldn’t connect to pur personal Netflix or anything, which basically rendered the TVs useless. In terms of the Deluxe Spa - really good rooms, however its located in a basement level with no air-conditioning. You go out of the Roman bath, dripping, sweating and outside it still feels humid and hot. Someone might actually get sick from that, so that’s a big no-no from me. The Panoramic restaurant was aggressively overpriced for the food it offered. A panoramic view of a few hills does not justify 20 bucks for eggs and bacon.

As for the pros: Staff was very friendly, kudos to everyone. The food was great, the block tables for breakfast and dinner were packed with various foods and beverages, they were delicious and definitely up to standard. The parking was good and the location is also pretty nice

Dark and depressing!!

A lady in marketing called Victoria was wonderful in sorting out our room for us.

We were given our room which was dark and depressing and the air-con didn’t work the door to the balcony was broken we had to ask for a kettle if we wanted a drink which also didn’t work not a good start! I booked a deal with breakfast and evening meal thinking their would be some choice like a fixed menu with wine oh no it turned out to be a buffet with very little choice and not very good quality no wine just water, breakfast wasn’t much better. As for the spa facilities not sure how long ago they took the pictures must have been a while we moaned about the room and got moved to a much better room at least we got one good nights sleep, to expensive for what it is nice town though.

My stay at Spa Hotel Hisar

Great location, great room size and view, very nice garden and park around the pool, friendly staff.

Only part of the rooms were renovated, but my room was not renovated yet and still with the old furniture. There was no kettle and safe box in the room. The water in the big swimming pool was not very warm.

Breakfast is excellent as well as dinner as we have a half board. This is second time, earlier we have been in 2017, same good as in 2017. It is definitely best hotel even better than others with 5* in Hisar

On weekend days can extend breakfast time till 11h

Great spa and relaxing, rooms need attention

Located in a quiet part of the city, very green and peaceful. Hotel offers an excellent variety of spa facilities and a great indoor swimming pool, along with a relaxing big outdoor pool with bar/food. We had a huge bed and nice terrace overlooking the outside area.

While the spa was excellent the rooms really need some attention to detail and an upgrade - I would rate them bellow average and definitely not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. Can’t be described as “deluxe” in any way, let’s say “decent”. The bar with food next to the outdoor pool is heavily overpriced for the things it offers. But overall- we had a relaxing stay.

The large outside swimming pool was not yet opened, I expect it to be open this time of the year. The outside bar was not open either and was under constructions which is something that should have been done before this time of the year. The beer selection in the swimming pools bars was very very poor.

Room stank of cigarette smoke, although supposed to be no-smoking indoors, unhelpful and unfriendly staff, not enough staff to handle the crowds at the breakfast, oldish building and room decor

Very good

The rooms are spacious and clean; the swimming pool is great, the hotel is well located- all green and quite. The majority of the staff was well trained and polite, the food at the pool restaurant was very good. It has tennis courts and bowling so all fun for children and families.

The internet connection was bad, the ladies at the reception (with the exception of the one with the blue hair) were out of space. They had no idea why they were there. The swimming pool was not well cleaned as all my swimming suits and shirts became yellow. The corridor smelled a lot of chemicals/toilet.

Perfect spring vacation

We liked the friendly staff and the hot water the most! The food was delicious, the room was comfortable, the swimming pool and the other facilities were cleen, the small hot outdoor pool was perfect for the weather conditions.

Superb

Breakfast had good variety, the parking was pretty full, but still there was place for our car. The small indoor pools (for kids mostly) were nice, but without enough 'sunbeds'. There were nice, surprising amenities in the room and the bathroom was big with shower and tub. It could use some minor renovation but overall everything was in good shape. We had issue falling asleep the first night since it was too hot for us, but when we fully stopped the AC all was fine.

The wifi had decent coverage, but almost no internet speed so we used our mobile data plans mostly. The receptionists weren't very kind/polite, but at least they weren't rude at all. Depending where your room is, it may be a bit of a journey to reach it with elevators and additional walking - luckily ours was just far, but easy to find.
