The location is great! It's just a pleasant walk across the scenic bridge into Henningsvaer. We enjoyed the walk every day and sometimes several times a day and the view was always changing and beautiful.
The rooms are tiny- the only place to put a suitcase or clothes is the window sills. No space in the bathroom for toiletries. We paid extra for a room with a water view and our view was mostly the fish processing facility across the water.

Breakfast was good, but expensive and not included in the room charge. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby/common room is beautiful facing the waterway. Very comfortable and cozy. We easily walked to Henningsvaer.
Our room was historic and cute, but the 14 stairs without a lift were difficult with the suitcases. However, we could see the waterway from our window, which was lovely. The shower sprayed all over the floor (no curtain or glass walls) and the sink was so small that just washing my face caused me to mop up the floor.
