Room was ok, breakfast a little bit lacking.
I ordered and payed for my stay using Klarna, was told there would be an extra fee for bringing our dog which is totally fine and I would pay it there. But they made me pay the entire stay while there, without removing the claim via booking.com and Klarna, so I ended up paying double. Have been asking for a refund for this extra payment for well over a month, and still have not recieved anything. Costumer service is difficult to reach at the hotel, and booking.com costumer service is hopeless.

Fine, a bit more like a hostel than hotel
It’s fine, rooms feel more like a hostel than a hotel. They’re quite small.
No lifts, staircase is outside in the elements, it’s a bit of a walk away from the centre of town (about 15 mins over the bridge). Bathroom is quite basic.

Very friendly staff
The room size was extremely small, especially the bathroom with the slanted roof and the no-basin shower - it was honestly a very uncomfortable bathroom to use. No turndown service either.

A perfect place to stay.
Perfect location just before the bridge into Henningsvaer. Very clean and tidy refurbished hotel. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Easy parking and a short walk into the village. Maria was wonderful and gave us so much great information about Henningsvaer and surrounding area. Highly recommended place to stay. 10/10

Excellent hotel and amazing staff.
Amazing hospitality with smiling faces. Makes a big difference. Anna made us a very nice breakfast - delicious and presented very nicely. Maria was very nice and welcoming. They answered all our questions happily and made us feel comfortable. Kim also was very nice and attended to everything we need. The manager was great and chatted with us for a while and gave us nice ideas to explore in Norway. Clean and comfortable rooms. Warm and spacious reception. Amazing views and just a walking distance to the main town.
