Cozy apartment, extremely well appointed, with amazing views
Adjacent to the town Square and overlooking the waterfront the location, with restaurants below and around it couldn’t have been sited any better. It was really warm and comfy inside with the underfloor heating. The two showers worked really well, and all of the grouting in the bathrooms was mould free! In fact the apartment was really . We loved the comfy furniture. Those two reclining Scandi chairs that you can see in the photos are the most comfortable chairs I’ve ever sat in. Even in the winter, it was great to have a balcony, to go out and take photos. We love the floor to ceiling glass, and double aspect. The interior lighting is somewhat subdued, but you are effectively sitting in a goldfish bowl. It was great to be able to sit there in the evening looking out with just a small light on. I did actually speak to the owner via telephone before we travelled and they were really helpful. The apartments are unstaffed but the instructions on how to get in were really clear. For a two bed apartment located where it is, we thought it was good value compared to, a one bedroom panoramic view room in the hotel next door. We would definitely recommend it, and if we returned to Svolvaer we would probably choose it again.
As others have said, if you were choosing an apartment over the hotel to self cater, you will find the facility limited with just two electric hob rings. There were just two pans; a small milk pan, and a medium sauce pan. You do get 10% off the restaurant downstairs! Condiments were provided, and there is a toaster. There was a coffee machine and an adequate supplier of pods. No oven, no microwave, no air fryer. There was sufficient plates cups glasses and cutlery.

Central stay in spacious apartment
Very spacious, clean apartment with central location. Comfortable beds. Small patio that overlooks the water.
We had to keep the windows open at night due to the heat at it was noisy as it is above a central tourist area and a dock.
