The apartment was well decorated and has everything we needed. Compact but comfortable for two persons.

No big issue. Just a bit tricky to find since the building isn’t facing the street and that the big glass window in the front (kitchen, dining, lounging area) doesn’t have curtains.

A fabulous and spacious loft for the family. We had a great but short stay. Great view and very peaceful place in Lofoten.

Perfect location with free parking, floor heating, private balcony. Kitchen is equipped with all the required things. Bed is very comfortable

The house was not clean. Plates were dirty, glasses were dirty, oven was dirty, bbq ustensils were not clean. It’s a pity, big dishes in the cupboard smelled like fish. We had to clean everything before using. I expect more from a peppery of this price. Washing facility for NOK 300 is ridiculous. Don’t offer it if you put such a high price tag for one wash.

Amazing location, great apartment and nice view from the bedroom window. Three apartments in the building and luckily were we alone there. The balconies are quite close to each others so it the case nice to be there just with our family.

Quite humid and hot inside the apartment in the evening, because it was a really nice hot summer day that day. The furniture on the balcony were screwed in to the deck so we couldn’t turn them towards the sun.

Spacious room, clean and comfy bed. Microwave, fridge and washer are available in the room

Location is at the residential area, a bit far from town but there is the great restaurant nearby

Pleasant, tucked away, private feeling house next to the water. Absolutely stunning place to drink morning coffee or sip on a whisky as the midnight sun is still in the sky.

The apartment was modern and spacious. The view from the balcony was really nice. It was easy to reach the staff and they were nice and helpful.

The booking system was not helpful, as the booking did not correspond with the options on the map or the pictures. I ended up having booked a flat in the next city (Henningsvær). The owner helped me solve this issue though. The house and apartment didn't look 100% finished (felt more like 80%), and was in need of a little more decorations inside and outside (ie. a path away from the gravel).

The appartment is in Henningvær, near the sea. It is brand new, very comfortable for two guests. Parking is good. The information that I got, how to find the appertment was perfect. We did not meet the staff, but everything was OK.

There wasn't any curtain on the big window in the kitchen, so anybody can see what we are doing in. The sun was shining all day and night, which is wonderful, but it was too hot inside. A microwave oven could be also useful.

Outdoor furniture is bolted to the floor so you cannot move it for sun expose etc. Could be helped with an umbrella.

Spacious apartment where we started our journey through Lofoten. Wonderful view from the terrace. Sauna and outdoor grill perfect. It is even possible to catch some cod from there. Host is always available and helpful. Good position , not far from Henningsvær. Relax 100%.

Maybe sauna can be charged per family/apartment and not per each single participant . Just my suggestion.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Lofoten Apartments - Loft with a group of fantastic individuals. Now, this apartment was something else. It was spacious, it was clean, and the interior was positively modern. But let me tell you what really caught our attention — the view. The view of those mountains and that fjord was absolutely breathtaking. I mean, it was tremendous! Just tremendous.

Brace yourselves. From the very moment we booked this place, it was trouble. We asked for an additional person via Booking.com, and what did we get? Silence. Booking replied saying the host didn't respond back. No response from the host, none whatsoever. So, we decided to take matters into our own hands and reached out to the host directly. And guess what? He wanted to communicate outside of Booking.com. He asked for my email and phone number, can you believe it? But it doesn't stop there. Oh no, it gets worse. We asked about the price for an additional person, and let me tell you, it was outrageous. The host asked an extra 500 NOK per day, not even per night, per day! Also, two of our group wanted to use the sauna, which according to Booking.com was supposed to be 250 NOK per person. But oh, the host had other plans — after we checked out, he had the audacity to demand an additional 1600 NOK from us. He claimed it was for the extra bed we had already paid for via Booking.com, and for the sauna at a new, higher price (!) of 300 NOK per person. The nerve! We promptly sent him the proof of payment and we said we would dispute this with Booking.com. In the end, we only paid what was rightfully due, 500 NOK for the sauna usage (2 people x 250 NOK). But, to our opinion, this was unnecessary behavior from the host. If you're looking for a place to stay in Svolvaer, there are plenty of other options out there. More affordable options, better options. The host, well, it's just not worth it.

The view from the house

The location was a little secluded. But it was more than compensated with the tranquility of the place and the view of the waters and mountains.

I had a generally enjoyable stay at this hotel. However, the information on booking.com was misleading. The hotel's pictures, location, and amenities (including the sauna and water view) were incorrect. Please beware when booking this one

So clean, absolutely beautiful, modern interior, the view was amazing, not to far from bigger cities but still in nice quite nature

You could hear every step of the people above, probably because of wood floor or something, but besides that everything was perfect

everything! Wonderful location, perfect apartment with lovely details, friendly staff - just perfect.

The view is perfect and the size of the flat is really good! There are two bedrooms and each has a bathroom. The sauna is wow (extra fee) and you can swim directly in the fjord. Oil, salt and pepper available.

The owner did not warn us that the door to the terrace was broken, so we could not check aurora from the balcony, a big inconvenience for such a place. No microwave.

The mountain view is stunning ! The place is well equiped and furnished !

The place was a bit 'cold' probably because the loft is spacious it is difficult to hit up. The sauna is NOT included in the price ! It is an extra cost about 250/300nok per person 😱 We wanted to Book it because actually we rent the place for it but others guests went in without reservation.. (they probably thought it was included too as it is not clear on the description..) The Host were not on spot to manage it, so we had to cancel the booking..

the Rorboer is really nice and in a good position to begin your travel through lofoten islands. we had the luck to see the northern lights from the terrace, a great spectacle! the terrace is on the fjord and has a great view on the mountains around. the apartment is really nice and comfortable

nothing

at the first impression we were shock, are we in the right place ? because we arrived at 9PM , so its very dark, but i recognize soon i saw the light was on for us . When we open the door, WOW its more shocking..is so luxurious apartment, spacious living room, and the kitchen are amassing, every body so happy. and the bed room was nice with shower room inside, the other room have share shower room but absolutely fine. In the morning every body was screaming, OMG, the view is breathtakingly gorgeous with the mountain and fjords surrounding us, i definitely want to come back to this Apartment, by telling this story i miss it already I strongly encourage if you visit Lofoten, definitely MUST stay here

Too bad that wins too strong on October so we can enjoy the kanoe and it's rainy almost every day Heater in ours room not working, so we feels cold, its because of the energy crisis ?? I totally understand that
