Staff were lovely, unfortunately we chose the wrong night to stay there.

The bedroom was small but comfortable

There was a bath but not plug. We were unaware that the restaurant closed on Sunday evenings, except for clients staying at the hotel. We were therefore the only clients eating that evening and although the waiter was very welcoming and efficient, there was no atmosphere and we felt like 'Billy no-mates' Parking was across the road and the outgoing road was almost impassable with broken tarmac and potholes. The worst road we have ever seen in France.

The ‘chef’ (manager? - they speak zero English) was extremely helpful and did things for us without being asked.Nothing

The room was a good size. The bathroom and shower were modern and good, although quite small. It is in a small country village so very quiet; but it has good access to Dijon. There is a restaurant in the establishment, which we did not try.

Reception was staffed infrequently and we therefore had to be concerned about getting in later in the evening. In arriving, the gardens and driveway do not present well, lacking care and maintenance. There are no facilities in the room such as tea and coffee making: but this is a regional hotel. Perhaps our city-bred expectations were unrealistic.

Small village stay for a city visit

Our room was very quiet and met our needs. Parking our car was quite easy, we had two locations to choose from, both less than a 2 minute walk from the hotel. This hotel is located in a quiet tiny village on the outskirts of Dijon and, while we noticed a bus stop, the city of Dijon is a 15 to 20 minute car ride from this location. We had a car so can not speak to how reliable/ convenient the bus would be. The room was clean and comfortable. There is no air conditioning (we did not expect it). We speak almost no French and our host spoke very little English; however, with loads of smiles and a a few (polite) hand gestures we had no problems. If we had had any significant questions, this might have posed an issue. We did not eat here but when we returned in the evening from our outing, the restaurant was PACKED! Clearly popular.

We had to call to get someone to the front desk to check in. The phone provided in the lobby had no service and, had we not had cell service, who knows how long we could have been waiting! Better instructions could have been left at check-in area and a working phone would be nice! Again, this did not bother us, but if you are expecting to be IN Dijon city, this is not the hotel.

Simple et efficace

Je suis arrivée très tard (minuit) et la personne m'a attendu pour m'accueillir.

la porte d'entrée "frotte" contre les branches d'une énorme plante juste au dessus. C'est très joli mais Cette dernière était mouillée, j'ai donc "pris une douche" en rentrant dans l'hôtel puis en repartant le lendemain matin à cause des branches qui n'étaient pas taillées et trempées.

Le lit n’a pas été refait et le linge de toilette non changé. Tarif pour chien : 20 € par jour !!!😩😩 Très cher, le chien était dans sa caisse Varikenel, il n’a fait aucune saleté

Chaleureux, calme et prix cohérent.

Le rapport qualité prix et la proximité avec le circuit sont indiscutablement les meilleurs atouts. Le patron est adorable, serviable, chaleureux et soucieux que le séjour se passe de la meilleure manière. La literie est irréprochable, l'ensemble est correct, en tous cas en adéquation avec le prix demandé. Ce n'est pas un palace, ce qui explique certaines cotes moyennes, mais pas inconfortable. Le cadre et la vue sont charmants, proche de l'accès à Dijon tout en étant au calme à la campagne.
