L'établissement est très propre. C'est très calme. Les ascenseurs sont spacieux. La literie est bonne et les appartements sont bien insonorisés. Le parking est sécurisé. Il y a le chauffage quand on arrive.

L'établissement n'est pas facile à trouver de nuit...il faut chercher une petite pancarte et ne pas hésiter à rentrer sur un chemin qui semble en travaux.

Une pause confortable et au calme .

La propreté, l'accueil, la surface de l'appartement. Le bâtiment étant récent, tout était en parfait état et l'équipement est moderne. La mise à disposition de la piscine intérieure chauffée, la salle de gym, le sauna, la salle de détente. Le petit déjeuner intégré dans le prix.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden: Appartement mit Kochecke, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine ... super, sehr sauber und komfortabel, zwei Zimmer mit Balkon, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Möglichkeit zum Essen incl. Frühstück, Parkplatz im abgeschlossenen Grundstück

Die Unterkunft befindet sich außerhalb von Dijon, es gibt einen Bus ... kein Problem, aber der Weg ca.12 Minuten ist recht beschwerlich, weil teilweise nicht ausgebaut ... also ohne Belag ... bedeutet bei Regen Pfützen und Matsch :-(

Incroyable moment dans cette residence

L'établissement est quasi neuf, l'appartement etait propre et parfaitement équipé et partager les lieux avec des seniors n'est pas dérangeant bien au contraire! A notre arrivée, Nolwen nous a accueilli chaleureusement et a été disponible. La piscine est accessible et chauffée, le sauna et propre. Le petit dejeuné est simple et tres bon. Nous avons passé un agreable sejour! Et nous y reviendrons l'année prochaine assurément!

Das Hotel ist eine Senioren Wohnresidenz die nicht vermietete Zimmer als Hotel vermietet. Ungewöhnlich, aber clever. Pool & Sauna ist empfehlenswert. Anlage und Ausstattung neuwertig.

Ausschilderung mangelhaft. Wir hatten für das Tor keinen Code bekommen und auf Klingel und Anruf würde nicht reagiert. Durch Zufall fuhren andere Gäste weg, so dass wir in Gelände kamen. Das Frühstück hat den Namen nicht verdient. Und das Wenige das es gab, wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Kein Kaffee, kein O-Saft, kein Obst... Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Ausstattung keine Air-kondition enthält, Fenster kein Moskitonetz haben.

Perfect voor een overnachting tijdens je reis

Prachtig nieuw complex, mooi en luxe appartement. Fijne bedden. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Sportruimte en zwembad aanwezig, hier mag je gebruik van maken. Hingen zelfs badjassen klaar in de badkamer! Afgesloten parkeerterrein. Perfect voor een nacht op doorreis!

Er was helaas geen airco aanwezig, maar door de ramen open te zetten koelde het prima af. Echter kwamen er hierdoor ontzettend veel insecten binnen, er waren geen horren om dit tegen te gaan. Ontbijt was tussen 8 en 10 uur. Toen wij om 8.45 uur beneden kwamen waren er geen borden/glazen/brood/croissantjes meer, alleen nog wat broodbeleg. Er werd geprobeerd om eea aan te vullen, maar meer dan een stukje stokbrood en minicroissant werd het niet meer. Niet heel erg, maar je zou denken dat men weet hoeveel hotelgasten er zijn en daar rekening mee houdt.

Schönes, modernes Haus, gute Lage und Verkehrsanbindung. Sehr ruhig alles, es ist ja auch ein Seniorenheim (was man in der Beschreibung am 1. Blick nicht liest). Wunderbares Appartement! Freundliches Personal, sofern es sichtbar war.

Thema: Housekeeping! Die Betreiber müssen sich klar werden, was sie wollen: Ein Seniorenheim oder ein Hotel ODER (tolle Idee!) beides zugleich -> Aber dann braucht es klare Ansprechpartner für Gäste! Und das muss funktionieren! Bsp: wir mussten 5mal um Toilettenpapier fragen, bekamen dann eine Rolle ... so ging das die ganze Woche. Eine Zimmerreinigung fand in 7 Tagen nie statt, "weil das nicht durchführbar ist." Frühstück: wir brauchten nur Kaffee. Das war für uns ok. Will jemand aber mehr an Frühstück, ist das Gebotene in keiner Weise adäquat. Absolut nicht!

Très bel appartement, très moderne, bien décoré, très confortable et spacieux ! Piscine très sympa.

Seul gros bémol : Pas de climatisation, ni même un petit ventilateur à disposition (même après avoir demandé à l’accueil). D’autant plus surprenant que le bâtiment est neuf et que c’est une résidence senior…La climatisation devrait être un pré-requis! Par conséquent compte tenu des chaleurs nuit très compliquée !

Mooie accomodatie om vanuit door te reizen.

De locatie, de bereikbaarheid. Auto staat achter een hek en met een volgeladen auto is dat wel prettig. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De poort waar we met de auto doorheen moesten was voor ons nogal een struikelblok. Je komt niet zomaar het terrein op en dat was niet helemaal goed aangegeven naar ons idee. Daarnaast was er geen airco aanwezig, waar ik de aanname heb gedaan dat deze in nieuwbouw wel aanwezig zou zijn. Daarnaast ook geen horren voor de ramen, waardoor koelen vrij lastig wordt
