Good enough

We stayed for one night and overall I liked the apartment. The furniture was new and in good condition. The check-in process was very well explained and we had no difficulties entering the apartment. Apart from that, we stayed as five people and it was very comfortable. I’m not sure about the rules, but it even felt like more people could have stayed comfortably.

We did experience a small issue regarding parking. Even though we parked in front of the house, we received a parking penalty. It is not about the house owner, to be honest it was about us :) as we will now have to pay an unnecessary 30 EUR fine, so be careful Lastly, I think the location might feel a bit far from the city center if you don’t have a car, but this really depends on personal preference.

Excellent suburban accommodation. Great for families to stay.

Room was very clean and very spacious. Excellent facilities and great location. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants. Parking was available for hire car.

A second bedroom would have good for extra privacy. A little bit far out of town, walking distance is 20 to 30 minutes.

Location was great - easy walk into Salzburg. Owner was friendly and all items were fairly new. Parking was available at the property which we needed.

The 2nd bed was located in the lounge, it would have helped to have this in a separate room.

Great stay - new and spacious property perfect for a family

This was a lovely property. New interior and quite spacious. We were a group of 5. Enough room for all of us although one bathroom and 4 girls had its challenges… 😂 comfy beds - was a little hot (summer) with the bedding - a cotton top sheet would be nice as the duvet was quite hot to sleep with… convenient location for us - host was very accommodating and helpful with our questions. Nice restaurant suggestions. A spot for a car if needed. 😀 Compared to accomodation prices throughout the rest of our trip this was quite expensive but my fault for not doing more research. Overall an excellent place to stay.. 😀

The apartment was under ground (basement level) very poor to non existing internet connection, they need a router there. Basic not luxury, closet in bedroon half broken, one bathroom for 4 people, no attention to detail, about a 20-30 min. Walk to the center. So not so close but definately walking distance,

Beautiful and Comfortable

It truly is a luxury residence with heated floors and very comfortable mattresses. Everything was perfect and as written in the description. The owner was quick to respond and was clear about what he expected upon check in and check out.

Top Apartment

Waaauuu what a beautiful apartment. Big enormous living room and bathroom. Very modern and everything new. Has everything you need for your stay and feels like you are at home. Just 4-5 stops by bus from city center. Free private parking available. Heating works perfect and the kitchen has all the equipment needed. Highly recommended.

Spacious clean apartment

Very spacious apartment that was clean and comfortable. We are traveling as a family of 5 and had plenty of room. We only stayed one night but would have been very happy to stay longer. Would highly recommend.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hat eine neue gemütliche Einrichtung und ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Eine Parkfläche steht direkt am Haus zur Verfügung, fehlt eigentlich nur noch die Lademöglichkeit für das Auto. Zum Zentrum sind es zu Fuß ca. 2 km bzw. 20 bis 30 Minuten.

Eigentlich ist das Wort Luxry nicht angebracht.

Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer ist Top, Schlafzimmer durchschnittlich, nichts besonderes. Bad schön gross.

KEIN WLAN!!! Geht überhaupt nicht, liebe Gastgeber!!! Parkmöglichkeit für mein grosses Fahrzeug nicht vorhanden, 30€ Busse eingefangen!!! Die Dusche läuft sehr schlecht ab, mussten mit Tüchern „Wassersperre“ errichten, damit das Wasser nicht ins Bad läuft! Geht auch überhaupt nicht!!!

Un loc superb in Salzburg

Locul este deosebit de frumos, cu absolut tot ce ai nevoie. Foarte spațios, bine compartimentat, bucătăria e de reviste de design interior. Parcarea a fost chiar langa casă, intr-o zona superbă de case, aproape de centru si de restaurante excelente (Vicini Cavalli). Felicitări proprietarilor, cand revenim la Salzburg vom veni tot aici. Mulțumim pentru tot ajutorul, ne-am simțit ca acasă, cu oameni dragi!

사진과같이 깔끔하고 반지하이긴 했지만 냄새는 안났습니다. 조용한 장소예요. 호스트가 정말 친절합니다 It was clean and semi-basement, just like the picture, but there was no smell. It was a quiet place. The host was really kind.

가족 5인이 사용하느라 수건이 좀 부족했어요. 아파트먼트인데 세탁기가 없어서 좀 아쉬웠습니다. There weren't enough towels for a family of five. It was a bit disappointing that there was no washing machine in the apartment.

Ha sido fantastico, lo recomiendo!

en general todo estaba perfecto, las instalaciones, el lugar, iluminacion, ambiente, lugar, todo perfecto. Hay una habitacion doble, en la sala hay una cama doble y un sofa grande, se puede dormir hasta 6 personas. El propietario muy amable!

La puerta que hay para salir es una ventana que se cierra solo por dentro, seria recomendable que hagan un cierre con llave en esa ventana en vez de hacernos entrar por la puerta principal que es la puerta principal de la vivienda junto al propietario.
