A great find in Freilassing

We had a lovely stay in Ferienwohnung Einzimmerappartement. It was a perfect location for us....we went walking around Berchtesgaden and Bad Reichenhall during the day and into Salzburg in the evenings. The location is really good for local transport. The apartment was really nice.. it was clean and had all the equipment we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. It was very hot during our stay but we found the apartment to be cool. It was nice to sit outside in the morning, drinking coffee and just relaxing. Helga was a great host. Communication with her before and during our stay was very easy. She went above and beyond to make our stay great....little touches like changing our towels regularly, chocolates on arrival etc were much appreciated. We will definitely come back. It was so peaceful and nice to be on the edge of town.

Nice studio close to border to Salzburg

Nice studio with well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, quiet area, free private parking in front of the house. It has also a small garden. There is a bus going to Salzburg in 30 minutes very close to the apartment.

You need a car because there is nothing around since it is out of town.

Sitio tranquilo. Estaba esperándonos la anfitriona para darnos las llaves e irse.

Salían insectos de la ducha y había moho dentro del wc. El alojamiento no estába limpio y las camás muy blandas e incómodas. Mucha humedad en la casa y todo muy viejo. No terminé mi estancia por razones obvias y la anfitriona no fue amable al indicarle el problema.

Nice place to stay

Calm place in a quiet neighborhood. Just a few minutes walk to the direct bus to Salzburg or dozen minutes walk to the train station. Nice place to stay if you are visiting Salzburg or going for hike in the region. A warm welcome from the host. All the facilities are present and in good condition. You also have a small private garden area near the entrance. Loved our stay here!

Quiet, spacious apartments - excellent base to explore Salzburg (20 min by bus or train) etc.

Quiet, spacious, well appointed apartments in a park-like setting of an old watermill. Just a 300 yards walk from the town walking center with very good cafe Vogg and Ristorante Pizzeria Jolly (really good pizzas + seafood!) An excellent base to explore expensive, overbooked Salzburg (20 min by bus or train) and the nearer parts of the Berchtesgaden area.

Klein aber gemütlich

Die Besitzerin erwartete uns bereits bei der Ankunft. Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung waren schnell und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung wird über den Freiplatz und die kleine Grünfläche vor dem Fenster betreten. Sie ist zwar kompakt, hat aber alle Einrichtung, die man braucht, inklusive zweier großer Fernseher und reichlich Platz im Schrank. Ausreichend schnelles WLAN ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Bei gutem Wetter kann man sehr schön draußen sitzen, Liegen, Tisch und Stühle sind vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist ländlich und ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Ausstattung der Küche - Geschirr, Töpfe, Besteck etc. - ist sehr sparsam. Einige Werkzeuge zum Kochen fehlen. Deshalb 1 Punkt Abzug.

Schönes Apartment - sehr gut für einen Salzburg-Besuch geeignet

Schönes Apartment am östlichen Rand von Freilassing, die Lage eignet sich auch gut, um mit dem Fahrrad nach Salzburg zu fahren - sehr schöner Radweg, zunächst an der Saalach dann an der Salzach bis mitten ins Zentrum von Salzburg.
