Apartments Salzburg, Ursulinen 2

PLUSES- 1) Christine was a very responsive and friendly host. She responded quickly on email and answered all of our questions promptly. She met us when we arrived and had a map and suggestions where to visit. The room was clean and quiet. 2) The location was PERFECT and walking distance to everything we wanted to visit. So central and we had a wonderful time in Salzburg. MINUSES1) the address to the unit was different on the site than the actual address and even though we had inquired about it - we still had trouble finding it and the taxi driver took us to the old location of the unit as that is the one he found. So it was frustrating. 2) the unit itself was basic - and, while clean, was not very updated and there was a bit of a mold smell. There was limited supplies (no bar soap, no sugar) and the general hallway and building was not great. Overall - location and host excellent - actual unit - mediocre. But we weren’t there for the room - we were there for the sites so if that is what you are looking for then it’s a great place.

We had a great stay in this apartment. It is in a perfect location and walking distance to everywhere in Salzburg. Bus station is close by if you plan to go further. Can get noisy at night if you stay on a weekend since there is a bar right below. Host was very helpful throughout the stay and gave great recommendations. Highly recommended this place to future guests.

Everything about my stay was excellent. Perfect location, plenty of space, Christine was very friendly and answered any questions I had. Wish I would have stayed longer, but I will definitely book again next time I visit!

Overall the apartment was a good size and very centrally located nearby the top attractions, river, local buses etc. Christine was helpful on arrival and provided recommendations. However I feel the listing should note that the property is above/near multiple bars and clubs along the same street, which are open until 4am on the weekends and so it was incredibly noisy at night. Also the address given on the Vrbo email booking was incorrect, therefore we went to the wrong place.
